Claims (60)
- 複合材料から複合品を製造する装置であって、
フラッシュランプを有するパルス広帯域放射源と、
前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出された光をターゲット領域へガイドするように構成された光ガイドとを備え、
前記光ガイドは、光伝達性材料を有する、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある少なくとも一部分を有している
装置。 - 前記光ガイドは、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の後ろにある部分を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光ガイドの少なくとも一部分は、前記装置の動作中に、前記パルス広帯域放射源に対して移動可能なように構成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記光伝達性材料は、前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出される赤外線波長を伝達するように構成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある前記光ガイドの前記一部分は、光伝達性材料のブロックを備える、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ブロックは、2つ以上の、光伝達性材料のセグメントを備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ブロックは、石英を備える、請求項5または請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ブロックは、シリカガラスを備える、請求項5または請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ブロックの少なくとも1面は、光反射コーティングを備える、請求項5から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ブロックの出力面は、光が前記ブロックに放出されて、前記ターゲット領域において所定の放射プロファイルを提供するように構成される、請求項5から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ブロックの前記出力面は、所望の放射プロファイルを提供するように成形および/またはファセット加工される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある前記光ガイドの前記一部分は、中空導波路を備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記導波路は、複数の光反射壁を備えており、その少なくとも1つが他の光反射壁に対して移動可能である、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記パルス広帯域放射源は、光ガイドに関して、移動、傾斜および/または回転するように構成される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある前記光ガイドの前記一部分は、成形レンズを備える、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置によって対象物の接触部位に圧力を付与するための接触面をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記接触部位は、前記ターゲット領域にあるかまたはその近くにある、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記ターゲット領域は、前記対象物上にある、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面は、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある前記光ガイドの前記一部分と一体となっている、請求項16から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面は、前記成形レンズに含まれる、請求項15に従属する場合の請求項16から請求項19のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面は、前記成形ブロックの前記出力面に含まれる、請求項9または10に従属する場合の請求項16から請求項19のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面を前記光ガイドに対して相対的な位置に保持するように構成された支持フレームをさらに備える、請求項16から請求項20のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面は、放射透過クレードルに含まれる、請求項16から請求項20、または請求項22のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パルス広帯域放射源、および前記光ガイドまたはその一部分のうちの、1または複数を移動させるためのアクチュエータをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項23のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 複合材料から複合品を製造する方法であって、
フラッシュランプを備えるパルス広帯域放射源から放射光を放出することと、
前記パルス広帯域放射源から放出された光を光ガイドでガイドすることとを含み、前記光ガイドは、前記複合材料の表面上のターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある少なくとも一部分を備え、前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある前記一部分は、光伝達性材料を有することを特徴とする
方法。 - 前記光ガイドは、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の後ろにある第1の部分を備える、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット領域の形状、または前記ターゲット領域における放射の強度を変更または維持するために、前記装置の動作中に、前記光ガイドの少なくとも一部分および前記パルス広帯域放射源を、互いに対して移動させることを含む、請求項25または請求項26に記載の方法。
- 光を前記光ガイドを介して所定の放射プロファイルで前記ターゲット領域へ伝達することを含む、請求項25から請求項27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光伝達性材料は、前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出される赤外線波長を伝達するように構成される、請求項25から請求項28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある前記光ガイドの前記一部分は、光伝達性材料のブロックを備える、請求項25から請求項29のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光伝達性材料は、2つ以上のセグメントを備える、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記光ガイドは、光伝達性材料の前記ブロックの少なくとも1面に光反射コーティングを備える、請求項30または請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記ブロックの出力面は、所望の放射プロファイルを提供するように成形および/またはファセット加工される、請求項30から請求項32、または請求個28に記載の方法。
- 前記光ガイドの少なくとも一部分は、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にあり、そして、中空導波路を備える、請求項25から請求項29のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中空導波路に含まれた複数の光反射壁の少なくとも1つを、他の光反射壁に対して移動することを含む、34に記載の方法。
- 前記パルス広帯域放射源を前記光ガイドに対して傾斜させることおよび/または回転させることを含む、請求項25から請求項35のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記パルス広帯域放射源を前記光ガイドまたは少なくともその一部分に対してアクチュエータで移動させることを含む、請求項25から請求項36のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある前記光ガイドの前記一部分は、成形レンズを備える、請求項25から請求項37のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記装置によって、接触面で、対象物の接触部位に圧力を加えることを含む、請求項25から請求項38のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接触部位は、前記ターゲット領域にあるかまたはその近くにある、請求項39に記載の方法。
- 前記ターゲット領域は、前記対象物上にある、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記接触面は、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある前記光ガイドの前記一部分と一体となっている、請求項39から請求項41のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

パルス広帯域放射源と、
前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出された光をターゲット領域へガイドするように構成された光ガイドとを備え、

装置。 - パルス広帯域放射源と、
前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出された光をターゲット領域へガイドするように構成された光ガイドとを有し、
前記光ガイドまたは少なくともその一部分、および前記パルス広帯域放射源は、互いに対して移動可能であるように構成される、
装置を備える、加熱システム。 - パルス広帯域放射源と、
前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出された光をターゲット領域へガイドするように構成された光ガイドとを有し、
前記光ガイドは、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある少なくとも一部分を含む、
装置を備える、加熱システム。 - パルス広帯域放射源と、
前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出された光をターゲット領域へガイドするように構成された光ガイドとを有し、
前記光ガイドまたは少なくともその一部分、および前記パルス広帯域放射源は、互いに対して移動可能であるように構成される、
装置を備える、クリーニングシステム。 - パルス広帯域放射源と、
前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出された光をターゲット領域へガイドするように構成された光ガイドとを有し、
前記光ガイドは、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある少なくとも一部分を含む、
装置を備える、クリーニングシステム。 - パルス広帯域放射源と、
前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出された光をターゲット領域へガイドするように構成された光ガイドとを有し、
前記光ガイドまたは少なくともその一部分、および前記パルス広帯域放射源は、互いに対して移動可能であるように構成される、
装置を備える、焼結システム。 - パルス広帯域放射源と、
前記パルス広帯域放射源によって放出された光をターゲット領域へガイドするように構成された光ガイドとを有し、
前記光ガイドは、前記ターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある少なくとも一部分を含む、
装置を備える、焼結システム。 - ターゲット領域へ放射光を伝達する方法であって、
パルス広帯域放射源から放射光を放出することと、
前記パルス広帯域放射源から放出された光を光ガイドでガイドすることと、
前記パルス広帯域放射源を前記光ガイドまたはその一部分に対して移動させることと
を含む方法。 - 複合材料から複合品を製造する方法であって、
パルス広帯域放射源から放射光を放出することと、
前記パルス広帯域放射源から放出された光を光ガイドでガイドすることとを含み、前記光ガイドは、前記複合材料の表面上のターゲット領域に対して前記パルス広帯域放射源の前にある少なくとも一部分を備えることを特徴とする
