Claims (15)
- マッシング、麦汁濾過および煮沸の醸造過程を実行するように構成された容器を有する2容器式小型ビール醸造システムであって、
マッシング過程および煮沸過程を実行するように構成された内部タン(28)を有する底部容器(2)と、
前記タン(28)と流体連通する前記底部容器(2)の上に配置され、前記麦汁濾過過程を実行するように構成された上部容器(3)と、
前記タン(28)から前記上部容器(3)へ流体を移動させるためのポンプ(51)と、を備えていることを特徴とする、醸造システム。 - 少なくとも前記底部タン(28)および/または前記上部容器(3)が実質的に円筒状であり、前記上部容器(3)の直径は前記底部タン(28)の直径よりも小さく、前記上部容器(3)は前記底部タン(28)の上に偏心して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記底部容器(2)は、前記底部タン(28)へのアクセスを提供し、前記上部容器(3)によって制限されないように配置された上部開口部(21)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記上部容器(3)は、フォルスボトム(34)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記上部容器(3)は、側部オリフィス(33)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記側部オリフィス(33)は、前記容器(2、3)の周辺にわたって延び、好ましくは、人間の腕の高さに位置することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記側部オリフィス(33)は、前記上部容器(3)の前記フォルスボトム(34)と整列していることを特徴とする、請求項4および5に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記底部容器(2)は更に、前記底部タン(28)の周囲に少なくとも部分的に配置された加熱ジャケット(25)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記加熱ジャケット(25)は、流体加熱ジャケット、好ましくは、少なくとも1つの電気加熱要素(254)によって駆動されるオイル加熱ジャケットであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記底部容器(2)は更に、内部流体熱交換器(26)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記内部流体熱交換器(26)は、前記加熱ジャケット(25)の周囲に螺旋状に配置された給水管の形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記底部タン(28)は接線方向入口(287)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記容器(2、3)の外部に流体熱交換器(52)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の醸造システム。
- 前記上部容器(3)の基部(38)は更に、少なくとも1つのスプレーヘッド(382)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の醸造システム。
- 制御ユニット(41)と複数のセンサ(42〜46)とを含み、システムバルブ、ポンプ(51、54)、ならびにシステム(1)の他の付属の設備および構成要素に制御信号を提供するコンピュータ操作制御システム(4)を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の醸造システム。
