Abstract
Description
本願は、2016年11月8日に出願された「ROV推進器の尾部カバー、ROV推進器及びROV」と題する中国特許出願第201610981903.1号の全ての利益を主張するものであり、当該中国特許出願の内容が参照により本願の明細書に組み込まれる。
前記放熱ブロックは、前記制御基板の底部に固定されて前記制御基板と前記尾部カバー本体の間に位置し、
前記放熱ブロックと前記尾部カバー本体には、それぞれ、前記長ネジとマッチングするスルーホールが設けられ、
前記長ネジは、前記放熱ブロックを前記尾部カバー本体に固定するために用いられ、
前記放熱用シリコーンは、前記制御基板と前記放熱ブロックとの間に充填されている。

Claims (10)
- 尾部カバー本体を備えるROV推進器の尾部カバーであって、
更に、制御基板と、放熱ブロックと、放熱用シリコーンと長ネジとを備えており、
前記放熱ブロックは、前記制御基板の底部に固定されて前記制御基板と前記尾部カバー本体の間に位置し、
前記放熱ブロックと前記尾部カバー本体には、それぞれ、前記長ネジとマッチングするスルーホールが設けられ、
前記長ネジは、前記放熱ブロックを前記尾部カバー本体に固定するために用いられ、
前記放熱用シリコーンは、前記制御基板と前記放熱ブロックとの間に充填されている、
ことを特徴とするROV推進器の尾部カバー。 - 前記放熱ブロックのスルーホールが前記放熱ブロックの中央に設けられ、前記尾部カバー本体のスルーホールが前記尾部カバー本体の端面の中央に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のROV推進器の尾部カバー。 - 前記放熱ブロックの上面の表面積が前記制御基板の下面の表面積より小さく、前記放熱ブロックの下面の表面積が前記尾部カバー本体の端面の表面積より小さくなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のROV推進器の尾部カバー。 - 一端が前記制御基板の底部に固定され、他端が前記放熱ブロックの側壁に固定される複数のモータ駆動モジュールをさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のROV推進器の尾部カバー。 - 前記複数のモータ駆動モジュールのそれぞれは、その一端が放熱柱を介して前記制御基板の底部に固定され、他端が短ネジによって前記放熱ブロックの側壁に固定されるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のROV推進器の尾部カバー。 - 前記複数のモータ駆動モジュールはそれぞれ同じ数のモータ駆動モジュールを含む二組とされ、当該二組のモータ駆動モジュールが対向しながら前記放熱ブロックの対向する側壁に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のROV推進器の尾部カバー。 - 前記二組のモータ駆動モジュールの各組においては、隣接するモータ駆動モジュール同士が所定の間隔で離間されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のROV推進器の尾部カバー。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のROV推進器の尾部カバーを備えたROV推進器であって、
前記推進器の尾部カバーと推進器フロントカバーとによって囲まれたキャビティの内壁には絶縁紙が貼り付けられる、
ことを特徴とするROV推進器。 - 前記絶縁紙は高地大麦紙である、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のROV推進器。 - 請求項8または9に記載のROV推進器を備えることを特徴するROV。
