Description
Claims (11)
- 連続的に生産される鋼板の移動経路上に備えられる本体ユニットと、
前記本体ユニットに備えられ、前記鋼板を熱処理するように、前記鋼板の幅方向に対して線状に前記鋼板表面にレーザーを照射するライン照射部を複数個備え、それぞれのライン照射部は、少なくとも一つの他のライン照射部が照射するエネルギーを異ならせて形成する照射ユニットと、を含む、鋼板の熱処理装置。 - 前記照射ユニットは、
前記鋼板の幅方向の一部に備えられる少なくとも一つの高出力ライン照射部と、
前記高出力ライン照射部よりも低いエネルギーでレーザーを照射し、前記高出力ライン照射部と並んで備えられる少なくとも一つの低出力ライン照射部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の鋼板の熱処理装置。 - 前記照射ユニットよりも前記鋼板の移動方向下流部に位置するように、前記本体ユニットに備えられる冷却ユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の鋼板の熱処理装置。
- 前記照射ユニットを基準に、前記鋼板の移動方向の上流部及び下流部のうち少なくとも一つに位置して、前記鋼板に対して張力を形成するように、前記本体ユニットに備えられるテンションユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の鋼板の熱処理装置。
- 前記テンションユニットは、
前記本体ユニットに備えられ、前記鋼板の移動をガイドする上流ガイドロールと、
前記鋼板の移動方向において、前記上流ガイドロールから一定の間隔離隔して前記本体ユニットに備えられる下流ガイドロールと、
前記上流ガイドロールと下流ガイドロールの間に備えられ、前記鋼板を一方的に押して張力を形成するように備えられる移動ロールと、を含む、請求項4に記載の鋼板の熱処理装置。 - 前記ライン照射部は、
前記本体ユニットに結合する照射支持部と、
前記照射支持部に複数個並んで備えられ、レーザーを放出するポイント照射部と、
レーザーが放出される複数個の前記ポイント照射部の端部と連結されるように備えられるラインレンズ部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の鋼板の熱処理装置。 - 前記ライン照射部は、
前記照射支持部に備えられ、前記鋼板に照射されるレーザーを集めるように、前記ラインレンズ部の端部と距離調整される集光レンズ部を含む、請求項6に記載の鋼板の熱処理装置。 - 複数個の前記ポイント照射部は、一つの線状にレーザーを照射するように、線状に並んで配置されるか、又は複数個の線状にレーザーを照射するように、面状に並んで配置される、請求項6に記載の鋼板の熱処理装置。
- 鋼板の移動経路上において、線状のレーザーを照射する照射ユニットが前記鋼板上に位置するようにする配置段階と、
連続して移動する前記鋼板の幅方向において少なくとも一領域に他の領域とは異なるエネルギーでレーザーが照射されるようにする照射段階と、を含む、鋼板の熱処理方法。 - 前記照射段階後に、前記鋼板に対して冷却を行う冷却段階を含む、請求項9に記載の鋼板の熱処理方法。
- 前記配置段階後に、前記鋼板の平坦度を感知して、前記照射段階前に、張力により前記鋼板の平坦度を増加させる張力付与段階を含む、請求項9に記載の鋼板の熱処理方法。
