Claims (10)
- ポード型ジョイント(1)用の転動ローラ(9)であって、
内側軌道(14)と、
外レース装置(12)であって、該外レース装置(12)の外面には、ハウジング部分(10)上を走行するために用いられる軌道(15)が配置されている外レース装置(12)と、
前記内側軌道(14)と前記外レース装置(12)との間に配置され、ローラとして形成されている複数の転動体(17)と、
内部に前記転動体(17)が配置されているケージ装置(18)と、
を備える転動ローラ(9)において、
前記ケージ装置(18)は、センタケージとして形成されており、前記ローラは、センタ領域において前記センタケージにより案内されており、前記センタケージに対して両側の転動領域で自由に突出していることを特徴とする、ポード型ジョイント(1)用の転動ローラ(9)。 - 前記内側軌道(14)は、スタブ軸部分(7)のジャーナル(8)を受容する内レース装置(11)に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の転動ローラ。
- 前記センタケージは、前記ローラ用の受容部(25)を有する環状のウェブとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の転動ローラ(9)。
- 前記センタケージは、少なくとも1つのまたはまさに1つの分断箇所(28)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の転動ローラ(9)。
- 前記センタケージは、セグメントケージとして形成されており、かつ/または、1つより多くの分断箇所(28)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の転動ローラ(9)。
- 前記転動体(17)は、ニードルとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の転動ローラ(9)。
- 前記外レース装置(12)は、前記転動体(17)用の環状の転動溝(23)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の転動ローラ(9)。
- 少なくとも1つのリテーナサイドリング(19,20)を備え、該リテーナサイドリング(19,20)は、前記外レース装置(12)内に配置されており、前記転動体(17)を軸方向で止めることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の転動ローラ(9)。
- 前記内レース装置(11)は、1ピースに形成されており、前記転動体(17)用の外側軌道(16)を有しており、かつ/または、前記外レース装置(12)は、1ピースに形成されており、前記転動体(17)用の前記内側軌道(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の転動ローラ(9)。
- 車両(2)用のポード型ジョイント(1)であって、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの転動ローラ(9)を備え、該少なくとも1つの転動ローラ(9)は、前記ジャーナル(8)に配置されており、前記転動ローラ(9)の前記軌道(15)は、前記ハウジング部分(10)に当接して走行することを特徴とする、車両(2)用のポード型ジョイント(1)。
