滚轮还具有外圈装置,外圈装置参照滚轮轴线优选与内圈装置同轴和/或同心地布置。外圈装置可以多部分地构成,但外圈装置尤为优选被一件式和/或一体式构造。外圈装置尤其被构造成以改型技术制造的外圈。外圈备选切屑地由滚动轴承钢制成。外圈装置在径向内侧上承载外滚道以及在外侧上、特别是径向外侧上承载用于在钟形区段上运转、特别是滚动和/或滑动的滚道。用于在钟形区段上运转的滚道优选在穿过滚轮轴线的纵剖面中构造成凸圆形、特别是球形。在构造成球形时,球曲的中点优选处在滚轮轴线上。最大直径的滚道的直径与最小直径的滚道的直径的差,特别优选为至少2毫米,优选至少4毫米。
滚轮还具有多个滚动体,其中,滚动体布置在内圈装置和外圈装置之间。滚动体尤其以滚动的方式布置在内圈装置和外圈装置之间。滚动体尤为优选在内圈装置的外滚道和外圈装置的内滚道上运转或滚动。滚动体被构造成滚子,尤其是圆柱滚子,特别是构造成针或滚针。在构造成针或滚针时,滚动体沿轴向方向具有如下长度,即,所述长度是各滚动体的直径的至少2.5倍大的长度,其中,滚针具有比针更大的直径。
此外,滚轮具有保持架装置,其中,滚动体布置在保持架装置中。保持架装置尤为优选地构造用于使滚动体沿绕滚轮轴线的环绕方向彼此间隔开。
在本发明的范畴内建议,保持架装置被构造成中心保持架。滚子可以尤其在构思上沿着它们的轴向延伸划分成一个中央的中心区域和两个与之邻接的工作区域。中心保持架构造成,使该保持架仅在中心区域中导引滚子,特别是使滚子彼此分隔开。而工作区域则自由地突出超过中心保持架。因此在径向俯视图中,在中心保持架的中心区域中以及在每一侧上都可以看到滚子的自由突出的端部。在这种设计方案中,滚动体的、特别是滚子的自由的端部,布置成自由地从中心保持架伸出。滚子尤其仅居中地被保持,其中,滚子的自由的端部与中心保持架间隔开。中心保持架沿轴向延伸地延伸经过小于滚子的长度的40%,优选延伸经过小于滚子的长度的50%。
本发明基于这样的想法,即,滚子通过中心保持架可以布置在滚轮中限定的位置中并且由此简化了滚轮的安装。中心保持架特别适合使用在滚轮中,这是因为滚轮尽管名字为滚轮,但仅须实施内圈装置和外圈装置之间的很小的相对扭转。因此,尽管中心保持架可能在导引滚动体的摩擦损失方面并非最优,但仍可以使用该中心保持架。中心保持架所需的结构空间可以例如由在内圈装置和/或在优选的设计方案中由在外圈装置中的留空部创造。针对在内圈装置和外圈装置之间滚动或运转的滚动接触,仅通过滚子的工作区域实现,这在带有留空部的滚道处则是在中心区域左侧和右侧的区域。在没有留空部的滚道处,滚子能够滚动经过它们的整个长度,就是说也在中心区域中滚动。
在本发明的一种优选的结构性设计方案中,滚子在它们经过中心区域和工作区域的轴向延伸中分别具有不中断的和/或恒定不变的直径。这种设计方案一方面具有这样的优点,即,滚子在中心保持架中的轴向移动是毫无问题的,这是因为中心区域和工作区域无过渡地相互转化。但本设计方案另一方面还具有这样的优点,即,可以成本低廉地制造滚子,这是因为这些滚子不必具有针对中心保持架的收窄部或其它直径适配部。备选地使用公知的、至少在它们的端部处凸圆状地最终成型的或者在整个长度上都凸圆状地构造的滚子或滚针。
在本发明的一种优选的结构性构造方案中,中心保持架被构造成带有用于滚子的容纳部、特别是卡扣容纳部的不中断的或中断的环绕式接片。在这种设计方案中,可以在安装时将滚子首先卡扣到卡扣容纳部中并且接下来可以安装已配备好的中心保持架。卡扣容纳部优选径向向内地敞开并如下程度地包绕滚子,使得在已装入的状态下在滚轮中滚子线形地经由中心区域和两个工作区域平放在内圈装置上。作为对此的备选,容纳部被设计成,使得这些容纳部径向向外地敞开,并且中心保持架被这样设计,使得在已装入的状态下在滚轮中滚子线形地以中心区域和两个工作区域接触外圈装置。在两种设计方案中得出了这样的优点,即,用于中心保持架的留空部要么仅设置在内圈装置中,要么仅设置在外圈装置中。这种保持架可以简单且成本低廉地尤其是用塑料制成。
原则上,中心保持架可以构造成沿环绕方向闭合。在这种设计方案中,中心保持架特别稳定。
在一种优选的改进方案中建议,中心保持架沿绕滚轮轴线的环绕方向具有至少一个分离部位。中心保持架尤其在该至少一个分离部位处中断。
改进方案的想法在此为,带有滚动体的保持架装置在内圈装置和外圈装置之间的安装基于结构性的边缘条件可以被证实很困难。通过使中心保持架具有至少一个分离部位,可以不同于中心保持架之后的几何形状、特别是不同于中心保持架的之后的直径地安装该中心保持架。因此例如能够在安装时弯开或收束中心保持架,其中,弯曲过程相应地优选弹性地构造,以便使选择地带有或不带有滚动体的中心保持架在内圈装置和外圈装置之间的安装得到简化。在多个分离部位的情况下,中心保持架的单个分段被独立于彼此地置入,因而在多个分离部位的情况下也简化了安装。
在本发明的一种可能的设计方案中,中心保持架具有恰好一个分离部位。中心保持架例如被构造成被打开的环。这种设计方案的优点在于,中心保持架在安装期间可以如沿环绕方向闭合的保持架那样近似简单地操作,但在安装时则由于弯开或弯拢而会使直径发生改变。
在本发明的一种备选的设计方案中,中心保持架被构造成分段式保持架和/或具有多于一个的分离部位。中心保持架沿环绕方向划分成正好两个或至少两个分段。例如可以将中心保持架沿环绕方向分成两半。在修改后的实施方式中,中心保持架也可以具有沿环绕方向更大和更小的分段。因此在本发明的框架内,可以例如一个分段提供中心保持架的四分之三,而较小的分段则提供中心保持架的四分之一。但也可以是多个分段,例如三个或四个分段,形成中心保持架,所述分段可以沿环绕方向依次排列。在这个设计方案中安装也得到了简化,这是因为中心保持架的分段可以简单地安放到或扣锁到内圈装置上。
在本发明的一种可能的改进方案中,外圈装置具有用于滚子的环绕的滚槽。滚子因此布置在外圈装置中,因而滚子沿轴向方向通过环绕的滚槽的侧壁导引。
在本发明的一种备选方案或可能的改进方案中,滚轮具有至少一个固定侧环,优选两个固定侧环。规定:固定侧环布置在外圈装置中并且沿轴向方向对滚子进行固定。外圈装置例如具有用于一个或若干固定侧环的环绕的环形槽,一个或若干固定侧环形状锁合地嵌入在所述环形槽中。
本发明的另一个主题由用于车辆的球销式万向节形成,其中,球销式万向节具有至少一个滚轮,如之前已经说明的那样。球销式万向节优选被构造成三球销式万向节并且具有三个轴颈以及优选具有三个滚轮。在其它实施方案中也可以规定,球销式万向节仅具有恰好两个轴颈或恰好四个轴颈或更多个轴颈,并且承载相应数量的这种滚轮。

具体实施方式
图1在极为简化的图中示出了用于车辆2的球销式万向节1作为本发明的一个实施例,该球销式万向节仅作为一个块示出。
球销式万向节1布置在特别是差速传动机构的传动机构输出端3和中间轴4、特别是车轮驱动轴或万向节轴之间。传动机构输出端3限定了输出端轴线5,中间轴4限定了轴中心线6。球销式万向节1构造用于将输出端3的转动以及驱动伴随于此的驱动转矩传递给中间轴4并且同时实现在输出端轴线5和轴中心线6之间的枢转或角度变化,如这例如在连接在中间轴4上的被驱动的车轮偏转的情况下所发生的那样。中间轴4具有轴端区段7,在轴端区段上布置着多个轴颈8,在该实施例中布置着三个轴颈8,这些轴颈径向于轴中心线6延伸。轴颈8沿环绕轴中心线6的环绕方向规则地布置,因而这些轴颈形成星形件球销,在这个实施例中是星形件三球销。在图1中仅图示出了其中一个轴颈8。在该轴颈8上相应地布置着滚轮9,该滚轮具有滚轮轴线30作为旋转轴线,该旋转轴线径向于轴中心线6布置。
球销式万向节1还具有钟形区段10,该钟形区段抗相对转动地(drehfest)与输出端3联接并且提供用于滚轮9的滚道。
在图1中示出了一个实施例,在该实施例中钟形区段10抗相对转动地与输出端3联接且轴端区段7抗相对转动地与中间轴4联接,那么在其它的实施例中也可能的是,轴端区段7与输出端3抗相对转动地联接且钟形区段10与中间轴4联接。此外还可能的是,钟形区段10环绕式闭合地构造或者具有自由的区域。
在图2a、b中示出了滚轮9的两个实施例的纵向剖面图。滚轮9分别具有内圈装置11和外圈装置12,内圈装置和外圈装置与滚轮轴线30同轴且同心地布置。
内圈装置11被构造成一体式和/或单一材料式的内圈并且在径向内侧具有用于轴颈8的空心圆柱形的容纳部13。该内圈装置在径向外侧提供圆柱面作为内滚道14。
外圈装置12被一体式和/或单一材料式地构造并且在径向外侧上具有用于在钟形区段10的内部区域上运作的滚道15。滚道15在所示的纵剖面图中呈凸圆形并且在这个实施例中参照滚道滚轮轴线10构造成球形。在径向内侧上,外圈装置12承载外滚道16。
在内圈设施11和外圈设施12之间布置着多个滚动体17。滚动体17被设计成滚子,特别是圆柱滚子,并且在两个实施例中实现为滚针,其中,滚针的在相对于滚道轴线30的轴向方向上的纵向延伸比滚动体17的直径的五倍还要大。滚动体17一方面在内滚道14上滚动以及另一方面在外滚道16上滚动。因此,内圈装置11可以经由滚动体17相对外圈装置12旋转,其中,内圈装置11和外圈装置12经由滚动体17相对彼此地滚动。
滚动体17布置在保持架装置18中,该保持架装置之后借助图2详细阐述。
此外,滚轮9具有两个固定侧环19、20,所述固定侧环直接在轴向方向上对所述滚动体17进行固定。固定侧环19、20嵌入到环绕的环形槽21、22中,所述环形槽成形到外圈装置12中。侧环19、20沿径向方向向内如下程度地延伸,即,它们在轴向的俯视图中与内圈装置11重叠并因此同样防止了止动内圈装置11轴向地移出。
在图2a中,外滚道16被构造成空心圆柱形并且延伸经过延长部直至固定侧环19、20。而在图2b的实施例中,外圈装置12具有环绕的滚槽23,该滚槽在轴向宽度上被这样设计,使得滚动体17在轴向通过该滚槽23的侧壁地受引导。无论在图2a的实施例中还是在图2b的实施例中,在外圈装置12中都存在环绕的留空部24。
图3示出了带有嵌入的滚动体17的保持架装置18的一个实施例。保持架装置18被构造成中心保持架。保持架装置18或中心保持架被实现为带有在本示例中矩形横截面的环绕式接片。保持架装置由塑料制成。保持架装置18具有容纳部25,所述容纳部平行于滚轮轴线30地取向并且径向向内地敞开。在容纳部25中分别布置有滚动体17,其中,构造成滚子的滚动体17沿轴向方向延伸。滚动体17嵌入以及优选卡入保持架装置18的容纳部25中,因而这些滚动体至少沿着相对于滚轮轴线30的径向方向被形状锁合地保持。滚动体17分别具有中心区域26以及与之邻接地在每一侧上具有工作区域27a或27b。保持架装置18在结构上被这样设计,使得滚动体17径向向内突出于保持架装置18且带有中心区域和两个工作区域27a、27b的滚动体17线形地在内滚道14上运转。而仅两个工作区域27a、27b与外滚道16接触。外滚道16通过留空部18被划分成两个子区域,其中,工作区域27a、27b中的其中一个在每个子区域上滚动或滚压。
保持架装置18没有沿环绕滚轮轴线10的环绕方向闭合,而是具有分离部位28,因而保持架装置18沿环绕方向完全中断一次。通过至少一个分离部位28能更为简单地安装保持架装置18。因此,保持架装置18在图3中可以通过弯开或弯拢在自由直径上发生改变。在其它实施例中,保持架装置18沿环绕方向闭合。在修改后的实施方式中也可能的是,中心保持架被构造成分段式保持架并且具有多个中心保持架分段。

Claims (10)

1.用于球销式万向节(1)的滚轮(9),所述滚轮具有:
内滚道(14);
外圈装置(12),其中,在所述外圈装置(12)的外侧上布置有用于在钟形区段(10)上运转的滚道(15),
多个滚动体(17),其中,所述滚动体(17)布置在所述内滚道(14)与所述外圈装置(12)之间,其中,所述滚动体(17)构造为滚子;以及
保持架装置(18),其中,所述滚动体(17)布置在所述保持架装置(18)中,
其特征在于,所述保持架装置(18)构造为中心保持架,其中,所述滚子在中心区域中通过所述中心保持架来导引并且在工作区域中相对于所述中心保持架地从两侧自由地突出。
2.按照权利要求1所述的滚轮,其特征在于,所述内滚道(14)构造在用于容纳轴端区段(7)的轴颈(8)的内圈装置(11)处。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的滚轮(9),其特征在于,所述中心保持架构造为带有用于滚子的容纳部(25)的环绕式接片。
4.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮(9),其特征在于,所述中心保持架具有至少一个或恰好一个分离部位(28)。
5.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮(9),其特征在于,所述中心保持架构造为分段式保持架并且/或者具有多于一个的分离部位(28)。
6.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮(9),其特征在于,所述滚动体(17)构造为滚针。
7.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮(9),其特征在于,所述外圈装置(12)具有用于所述滚动体(17)的环绕的滚槽(23)。
8.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮(9),其特征在于具有至少一个固定侧环(19、20),其中,所述固定侧环(19、20)布置在所述外圈装置(12)中并且在轴向方向上对所述滚动体(17)进行固定。
9.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮(9),其特征在于,所述内圈装置(11)一体式地构造且承载用于所述滚动体(17)的外滚道(16)并且/或者所述外圈装置(12)一体式地构造且承载用于所述滚动体(17)的内滚道(14)。
10.用于车辆(2)的球销式万向节(1),其特征在于具有至少一个按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的滚轮(2),其中,所述滚轮(9)布置在轴颈(8)上并且所述滚轮(9)的滚道(15)以运转的方式贴靠在钟形区段(10)上。
