Description

Claims (12)
- 組織アブレーションを監視および制御するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、コントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、アブレーションデバイスを用いたアブレーション手技中に受信されるアブレーションフィードバックに基づいて、前記アブレーションデバイスの電極アレイからのエネルギー放出を選択的に制御するように構成され、前記コントローラは、ハードウェアプロセッサを備え、前記プロセッサは、前記プロセッサによって実行可能な命令を含むメモリに結合されており、前記命令は、
前記アブレーション手技中、フィードバックデータを1つ以上のセンサから受信することであって、前記フィードバックデータは、前記アブレーションデバイスの前記電極アレイの動作と前記電極アレイに隣接する組織とのうちの少なくとも1つに関連付けられた1つ以上の測定値を備えている、ことと、
前記受信されるフィードバックデータに応答して、前記アブレーションデバイスの前記電極アレイからのエネルギー放出を制御するためのアブレーションパターンを発生させることと
を前記コントローラに行わせる、システム。 - 前記測定値は、アブレーション期間中の経過時間、前記アブレーションデバイスの前記電極アレイの1つ以上の伝導性ワイヤに関連付けられた電気伝導性または複素インピーダンス、前記1つ以上の伝導性ワイヤに供給される電流、前記電極アレイに隣接する組織の温度、前記電極アレイに隣接する組織のフォトニック特性、およびそれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
