各構造部材を切断することなく、完璧に組み合わせて部屋を造るように、以上の計算式により異なる幅、異なる長さの標準構造部材に対応したほかの構造部材の主な寸法を算出できる。

- 主に、標準構造部材(1)、左隅構造部材(2)と、右隅構造部材(3)と、調整構造部材(4)と、補強固定棒(5)と、構造部材の中間部に位置して構造部材を上下貫通する位置決め孔(6)と、構造部材の中間部に位置して構造部材を上下貫通する管路布設孔(7)と、2つの構造部材が上下で積層されてなる横方向管路布設溝(8)と、標準構造部材の左側に位置する左凸構造(9)と、構造部材の右側に位置する右凹構造(10)と、構造部材の上部に位置し、内ヘ引っ込んで構造部材側面から張り出した連続斜面型上凸構造(11)と、構造部材の下部中央に位置する下凹構造(12)と、構造部材の両側に位置する化粧面(13)と、上下にある2つの構造部材の間に配置された密閉ガスケット(14)と、補強固定棒に接続された接続ジョイント(15)とを備える環境配慮型建築構造ユニットであって、
標準構造部材(1)、左隅構造部材(2)、右隅構造部材(3)、調整構造部材(4)、補強固定棒(5)及び補強固定棒に接続された接続ジョイント(15)を本発明に記載の方法で積層し、各部材を補強固定棒(5)及び上下左右にある凹凸構造を介して互いに強固に係合して一体化させることによって、接着剤の使用も構造部材に対する切断も必要とせずに、化粧面及び管路布設溝を備えた「品」字型係合構造の密閉型建物壁体を造り、且つ、繰り返して解体して複数回再利用することが可能であることを特徴とする環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。 - 各構造部材の上下の積層接続部の位置に密閉ガスケット(14)が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 標準構造部材(1)、左隅構造部材(2)、右隅構造部材(3)、調整構造部材(4)の両側面又は一側面に化粧面(13)があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 標準構造部材(1)、調整構造部材(4)は左隅構造部材(2)、右隅構造部材(3)と組み合わせて使用することができ、密閉型建物壁体を建てる場合、単独で使用して単一の壁体を造ってもよいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 補強固定棒(5)の外径が位置決め孔(6)の最小内径よりも1−2ミリメートルだけ小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 左隅部材(2)、右隅構造部材(3)における位置決め孔(6)、管路布設孔(7)は対称に設置され、両方の交差角度が90°、180°又は270°のいずれであっても、位置決め孔(6)と管路布設孔(7)は完璧に上下貫通できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 各構造部材の寸法関係としては、標準構造部材(1)は長さL、幅Wであれば、左隅構造部材(2)は、外側長さL+W、内側長さL、外側幅1/2L+W、内側幅1/2L、右隅構造部材(3)は、外側長さL+W、内側長さL、外側幅1/2L+W、内側幅1/2L、調整構造部材(4)は、長さ1/2L、幅Wであり、
各構造部材を切断することなく、完璧に組み合わせて部屋を造るように、以上の計算式により異なる幅、異なる長さの標準構造部材に対応したほかの構造部材の主な寸法を算出できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。 - 複数の構造ユニットを積層して壁を造るとき、上下又は左右又は上下左右間にある凹凸ほぞ穴構造が互いに強固に係合して接続されることができ、各構造部材での位置決め孔(6)、管路布設孔(7)が対称に設置されるため、複数層建てた後、位置決め孔(6)と管路布設孔(7)が上下貫通するようになり、補強固定棒(5)が位置決め孔(6)に挿通されて各構造部材を一体としてしっかり直列接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 棒に接続されたジョイント(15)は「品」字型構造と合わせて設置されるものであり、各構造部材をしっかりロックして強固な構造を造り、物体による強烈な衝撃に耐えられ、耐震効果が高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 位置決め孔(6)に挿入された補強固定棒(5)は、水道管、気体管、ガス管、大電流又は小電流電線管としても作用できる、金属、プラスチック又は複合材製の中空パイプ材であってもよく、壁積層工事現場で鉄筋、セメント、構造用接着剤、ホットメルトプラスチック、エポキシ接着剤又は混合材料を用いてキャストするものであってもよいことを特徴とする請求項1、4又は7に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 化粧面(13)には、スプレー描画、造形、転写、彫刻、貼付又は手描の方式で複数種の色又は彩色を有する平面又は立体的な木目、石目、レンガ模様、皮革模様、カモフラージュ模様又は人物、写真、幾何学模様、商標ロゴが表現されることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 化粧面(13)の化粧色、模様が、構造部材と一体的に製造してもよく、別に製造されて一体に接着されてもよく、片面化粧が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1、又は10に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 汚泥、廃棄物(都市汚泥、産業固体廃棄物、都市家庭廃棄物、建設廃棄物、作物藁廃棄物を含むが、これらに制限されない)及びガラス化ビーズ、セラミサイト、繊維布、植物繊維、岩綿、セラミック、プラスチック原料又はガラス繊維混合硬化剤、防水剤、改質剤、難燃剤、接着剤を用いて製造し、さらに鉄筋、金属付属品を増設することで強度を高めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
- 製造方法のプロセスは、各種固体廃棄物を用いて粉砕、乾燥、総合的な有害物除去、消臭、混合撹拌、成形、養生、密閉硬化、化粧を行って製造されることであり、
具体的には、
(1)固体廃棄物(J)(汚泥(K)を除く)を粉砕センター(A)に輸送して粉砕し、(2)水含有率の高い廃棄物(生ゴミ、都市汚泥)を高温脱水消毒滅菌センター(B)に輸送して、高温脱水、殺菌、消臭を行い、消毒滅菌センターで得られた大量の高温水蒸気(I)を高温蒸気養生キルン(C)に輸送し、
(3)粉砕後の固体廃棄物(L)及び脱水後の汚泥を所定の比率で硬化剤、防水剤、改質剤、難燃剤、接着剤とともに撹拌センター(D)に輸送して、十分に撹拌して混合し、
(4)混合、撹拌後の原料を製品成形センター(E)に輸送して、構造部材の素地を製造し、
(5)素地を高温蒸気養生キルン(C)に輸送して高温蒸気養生を行い、高温蒸気養生による蒸留水(H)を撹拌センターに輸送して混合撹拌に供し、
(6)高温蒸気養生後の構造部材を化粧面加工センター(F)に輸送して、クライアントの所望した化粧面効果を実現するように加工して、必要に応じて、構造部材全体の物理、化学的特性を長期間にわたって安定化させるように、合成材料で構造部材全体を密閉包装し、
(7)最後に、構造部材の完成品をスタッキング包装センター(G)に輸送して、包装してスタッキングした後、車に載せてクライアントに輸送し、
(8)スタッキング包装センター(G)で生じた不良品を成形センター(E)に輸送して修復し、廃品を粉砕センター(A)に輸送して粉砕して再利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。 - 各構造部材間に防水接着剤、嫌気性接着剤、構造用接着剤、セメント又は他の接着材料を塗布して、各構造部材をしっかり接着して一体化させることができることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13又は14に記載の環境配慮型建築構造ユニット。
