Claims (13)
- 直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニットであって、
標準構造部材(1)、左隅構造部材(2)と、右隅構造部材(3)と、調整構造部材(4)と、を備え、
前記標準構造部材(1)は、標準構造部材の左側に位置する左凸構造(9)と、標準構造部材の右側に位置する右凹構造(10)と、標準構造部材の上部に位置し、内ヘ引っ込んで標準構造部材側面から張り出した連続斜面型上凸構造(11)と、標準構造部材の下部中央に位置する下凹構造(12)とを含み、
前記構造ユニットは、標準構造部材の上部に位置し、内ヘ引っ込んで構造部材側面から張り出した連続斜面型上凸構造(11)を有し、標準構造部材(1)、左隅構造部材(2)、右隅構造部材(3)、及び調整構造部材(4)を積層し、各構造部材を互いに強固に係合して一体化させることによって、接着剤の使用も構造部材に対する切断も必要とせずに、「品」字型係合構造の密閉型建物壁体を造り、且つ、繰り返して解体して複数回再利用することが可能であり、
各構造部材の寸法関係としては、標準構造部材(1)は長さL、幅Wであれば、左隅構造部材(2)は、外側長さL+W、内側長さL、外側幅1/2L+W、内側幅1/2L、右隅構造部材(3)は、外側長さL+W、内側長さL、外側幅1/2L+W、内側幅1/2L、調整構造部材(4)は、長さ1/2L、幅Wであることを特徴とする直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。 - 各構造部材の中間部に位置して各構造部材を上下貫通する位置決め孔(6)と、各構造部材の中間部に位置して各構造部材を上下貫通する管路布設孔(7)と、前記位置決め孔(6)内に設置される補強固定棒(5)と、補強固定棒(5)に接続された接続ジョイント(15)とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 隣接する構造ユニットの上下の積層接続部に密閉ガスケット(14)が設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 標準構造部材(1)、左隅構造部材(2)、右隅構造部材(3)、調整構造部材(4)の両側面又は一側面に化粧面(13)があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 補強固定棒(5)の外径が位置決め孔(6)の最小内径よりも1−2ミリメートル小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 左隅構造部材(2)と右隅構造部材(3)における位置決め孔(6)、管路布設孔(7)は対称に設置され、両方の交差角度が90°、180°又は270°のいずれであっても、位置決め孔(6)と管路布設孔(7)は完璧に上下貫通できることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 壁体内での接続ジョイント(15)の設置位置は「品」字型であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 2つの構造部材が上下で積層されてなる横方向管路布設溝(8)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 位置決め孔(6)に挿入された補強固定棒(5)は、水道管、気体管、ガス管、送電ケーブル管又は通信ケーブル管としても作用できる、金属、プラスチック又は複合材製の中空パイプ材であってもよく、壁積層工事現場で鉄筋、セメント、構造用接着剤、ホットメルトプラスチック、エポキシ接着剤又は混合材料を用いてキャストするものであってもよいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 化粧面(13)には、平面又は立体的な木目、石目、レンガ模様、皮革模様、カモフラージュ模様、写真、幾何学模様及び商標ロゴのうちの少なくとも一つが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 化粧面(13)の化粧色、模様が、構造部材と一体的に製造され、または、別に製造されて構造部材と一体に接着されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 汚泥、廃棄物及びガラス化ビーズ、セラミサイト、繊維布、植物繊維、岩綿、セラミック、プラスチック原料から選択される一種又は二種以上と、ガラス繊維混合硬化剤、防水剤、改質剤、難燃剤、接着剤から選択される一種又は二種以上を用いて製造し、さらに鉄筋、金属付属品を増設することで強度を高めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニット。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の直接再利用可能な建築構造ユニットの製造方法であって、
(1)固体廃棄物(J)を粉砕センター(A)に輸送して粉砕し(汚泥(K)を除く)、
(2)生ゴミ、都市汚泥を含む水含有率の高い廃棄物を高温脱水消毒滅菌センター(B)に輸送して、高温脱水、殺菌、消臭を行い、消毒滅菌センターで得られた大量の高温水蒸気(I)を高温蒸気養生キルン(C)に輸送し、
(3)粉砕後の固体廃棄物(L)及び脱水後の汚泥を所定の比率で硬化剤、防水剤、改質剤、難燃剤、接着剤とともに撹拌センター(D)に輸送して、十分に撹拌して混合し、
(4)混合、撹拌後の原料を製品成形センター(E)に輸送して、構造部材の素地を製造し、
(5)素地を高温蒸気養生キルン(C)に輸送して高温蒸気養生を行い、高温蒸気養生による蒸留水(H)を撹拌センターに輸送して混合撹拌に供し、
(6)高温蒸気養生後の構造部材を化粧面加工センター(F)に輸送して、クライアントの所望した化粧面効果を実現するように加工して、構造部材全体の物理、化学的特性を長期間にわたって安定化させるように、合成材料で構造部材全体を密閉包装し、
(7)最後に、構造部材の完成品をスタッキング包装センター(G)に輸送して、包装してスタッキングした後、車に載せてクライアントに輸送し、
