本发明涉及一种利用城市废料制作建材的方法,包括如下步骤:a、将如下重量分数的组分均匀混合后打碎:水泥20‑30份,混凝土块10‑12份,碎砖10‑12份;赤泥5‑8份,粉煤灰20‑30份,废木板10‑20份,石棉5‑8份;b、将打碎后的混合料中加水,搅拌均匀后形成混合浆料;c、将混合浆料灌入模具中,经加压制成空心砌砖壳;d、在空心砌砖内填充轻质材料,随后用粉煤灰浆料封口,形成砌砖成品。本发明以混凝土块、碎砖、赤泥、粉煤灰、废木板和石棉等城市垃圾为主要原料,经过粉碎、混合、灌注、填充、封口等步骤后,制成了砌砖,不仅有效利用了城市垃圾,实现了废物利用,节能环保,并且制成的砌砖具有容量清,厚度小,防水隔音等优点。

背景技术
城市垃圾是城市中固体废物的混合体,包括工业垃圾,建筑垃圾和生活垃圾。工业废渣的数量,性质及其对环境污染的程度差异很大,应统一管理,根据不同情况由各工厂直接或经过处理达到排放标准后,放置于划定的地区。建筑垃圾一般为无污染固体,可用填埋法处理。
城市垃圾中的废料,可以进行有效利用,用来制备有用的材料,例如建材等。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种解决了上述缺陷的,有效利用了城市垃圾,实现了废物利用,节能环保的利用城市废料制作建材的方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:利用城市废料制作建材的方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将如下重量分数的组分均匀混合后打碎:水泥20-30份,混凝土块10-12份,碎砖10-12份;赤泥5-8份,粉煤灰20-30份,废木板10-20份,石棉5-8份;
b、将打碎后的混合料中加水,搅拌均匀后形成混合浆料;
c、将混合浆料灌入模具中,经加压制成空心砌砖壳;
d、在空心砌砖内填充轻质材料,随后用粉煤灰浆料封口,形成砌砖成品。
所述的a步骤中,优选组分为水泥25份,混凝土块11份,碎砖11份;赤泥7份,粉煤灰25份,废木板15份,石棉7份。
所述的d步骤中,填充的轻质材料为废旧泡沫塑料。同样采用废料,进步一利用了城市垃圾。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:本发明以混凝土块、碎砖、赤泥、粉煤灰、废木板和石棉等城市垃圾为主要原料,经过粉碎、混合、灌注、填充、封口等步骤后,制成了砌砖,不仅有效利用了城市垃圾,实现了废物利用,节能环保,并且制成的砌砖具有容量清,厚度小,防水隔音等优点。

d步骤中,填充的轻质材料为废旧泡沫塑料。

a、将如下重量分数的组分均匀混合后打碎:水泥20-30份,混凝土块10-12份,碎砖10-12份;赤泥5-8份,粉煤灰20-30份,废木板10-20份,石棉5-8份;
b、将打碎后的混合料中加水,搅拌均匀后形成混合浆料;
c、将混合浆料灌入模具中,经加压制成空心砌砖壳;
d、在空心砌砖内填充轻质材料,随后用粉煤灰浆料封口,形成砌砖成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用城市废料制作建材的方法,其特征在于:所述的a步骤中,优选组分为水泥25份,混凝土块11份,碎砖11份;赤泥7份,粉煤灰25份,废木板15份,石棉7份。
