- イオン交換によって化学的に強化されている、アルミノケイ酸塩組成の着色ガラスシートであって、以下に規定する範囲の重量含有率で、次の酸化物:

MgO Al2O3の含有率が5.00〜8.00%である場合、及びSiO2/Al2O3比が7.8以上である場合には、6.00〜9.00%、又は
Al2O3の含有率が2.00〜5.00%である場合、及びSiO2/Al2O3比が24以上である場合には、8.00〜10.00%
Na2O 9.00〜16.00%
K2O 5.00〜11.00%
B2O3 0〜3.00%
CaO 0〜1.00%
及び、以下に規定する範囲の重量含有率で、次の着色剤:
Fe2O3 合計0.05〜6.00%

を含有しており、前記ガラスが、0.10〜0.65の酸化還元ファクターを有することを特徴とする、着色ガラスシート。 - 1.00%未満の重量含有率で、バナジウム、クロム、マンガン、銅、スズ、ランタニド、銀及びチタンの酸化物及び/又は硫化物から選択される他の着色剤を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のシート。
- 少なくとも30μm、好ましくは少なくとも35μmの深さでのイオン交換による化学強化により強化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラスシート。
- 積層グレージングであって、ソーダ石灰シリカ系の第一のガラスシート、ポリマースペーサー、及び第二のガラスシートを少なくとも具備しており、前記第二のガラスシートが、以下に規定する範囲の重量含有率で、次の酸化物:
SiO2 59.20〜68.00%
Al2O3 2.00〜8.00%
MgO Al2O3の含有率が5.00〜8.00%である場合、及びSiO2/Al2O3比が7.8以上である場合には、6.00〜9.00%、又は
Al2O3の含有率が2.00〜5.00%である場合、及びSiO2/Al2O3比が24以上である場合には、8.00〜10.00%

SiO2 59.20〜68.00%
Al2O3 3.00〜8.00%
MgO Al2O3の含有率が5.00〜8.00%である場合、及びSiO2/Al2O3比が7.8以上である場合には、6.00〜9.00%、又は
Al2O3の含有率が3.00〜5.00%である場合、及びSiO2/Al2O3比が24以上である場合には、8.00〜10.00%

を含有しており、前記ガラスが、0.10〜0.65の酸化還元ファクターを有することを特徴とする、積層グレージング。 - 前記第一のガラスシートが、以下に規定する範囲の重量含有率で、次の酸化物を含有しているソーダ石灰シリカ系のガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のグレージング:
SiO2 65.00〜75.00%
Na2O 10.00〜20.00%
CaO 2.00〜15.00%
Al2O3 0〜5.00%
MgO 0〜5.00%
K2O 0〜5.00%。 - 粘度が1010.3ポアズとなるそれぞれの前記ガラスシートの温度T(logη=10.3)の間の差が、絶対値として30℃未満であり、好ましくは絶対値として23℃未満であることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記第一のガラスシートが、2.1mm以下、好ましくは1.6mm以下の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記第二のガラスシートが、前記第一のガラスシートよりも薄く、1.5mm以下、好ましくは1.1mm以下、又は1mm未満の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 2つの前記ガラスシートの間に配置されている前記ポリマースペーサーが、熱可塑性材料の1又は複数の層、特にポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)又はアイオノマー樹脂の1又は複数の層から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜10のいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記ポリマースペーサーの厚さが、50μm〜4mmであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のグレージング。
- 前記第一及び第二のガラスシートを同時に湾曲させる工程、前記第二のガラスシートのイオン交換の工程、並びに2つの前記ガラスシートを前記ポリマースペーサーと組み立てる工程を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする、請求項5〜12のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージングの製造方法。
- 前記イオン交換の工程を、490℃未満の温度で、24時間未満、好ましくは4時間以下、又は2時間以下の時間行うことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記湾曲させる工程の間に、前記第一のガラスシートよりも薄い前記第二のガラスシートを、前記第一のガラスシートの上方に配置することを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記第二のガラスシートを車室の内側に向けて配置することを特徴とする、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる自動車グレージング。
