Abstract
Description
前記第1の金属パネル及び第2の金属パネルは、高い熱伝導性を有する。
本発明のバッテリーパックは、ホルダーにより固定される複数の円形セルを中心として、円形セルの上部及び下部に順次に金属パネルと、発熱/放熱部品及びカバーが構成されてバッテリーパック内の熱が素早く伝わり、多数の円形セルとして組み立てられて大容量のバッテリーを形成可能にする。
第2の実施形態によれば、前記発熱部品が取り付けられたバッテリーパック100とは異なり、バッテリーパック100に放熱部品を取り付けて、バッテリーパックの内部温度が高温である場合、前記円形セル140の熱が外部に放出されて動作適正温度が維持されることにより、バッテリーパックの性能が保たれる。
第3の実施形態によれば、前記発熱部品及び放熱部品がそれぞれ取り付けられたバッテリーパック100とは異なり、バッテリーパック100に発熱部品及び放熱部品を同時に取り付けてバッテリーパックの内部温度が所定の基準範囲から外れた場合、前記円形セル140に熱を加えたり外部に熱を放出したりして温度を維持することにより、バッテリーパックの性能を保つことができる。

Claims (12)
- 複数の円形セルに熱を加える発熱部品を備えてなるバッテリーパックにおいて、
前記複数の円形セルの上部に構成されてバッテリーパックの内部を保護する上段部カバーと、
前記上段部カバーの下部に位置し、前記複数の円形セルの上部に貼着されている第1の金属パネルと、
前記複数の円形セルの下部に貼着されている第2の金属パネルと、
前記複数の円形セルの全体の外郭側面及び第2の金属パネルの下部を取り囲んで固定するホルダーと、
前記第2の金属パネル及び前記ホルダーの下部に位置してバッテリーパックの下段部を形成する下段部カバーと、
を備えるバッテリーパック。 - 前記発熱部品は、前記第1の金属パネルと上段部カバーとの間に取り付けられか、前記ホルダーと下段部カバーとの間に取り付けられるか、又は第1の金属パネルと上段部カバーとの間及び前記ホルダーと下段部カバーとの間の両方ともに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1の金属パネル及び第2の金属パネルは、高い熱伝導性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記発熱部品としては、発熱パッド、熱線、液体ヒーター又は金属ヒーターを用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 複数の円形セルから発せられる熱を吸収する放熱部品を備えてなるバッテリーパックにおいて、
前記複数の円形セルの上部に構成されてバッテリーパックの内部を保護する上段部カバーと、
前記上段部カバーの下部に位置し、前記複数の円形セルの上部に貼着されている第1の金属パネルと、
前記複数の円形セルの下部に貼着されている第2の金属パネルと、
前記複数の円形セルの全体の外郭側面及び第2の金属パネルの下部を取り囲んで固定するホルダーと、
前記第2の金属パネル及び前記ホルダーの下部に位置してバッテリーパックの下段部を形成する下段部カバーと、
を備えるバッテリーパック。 - 前記放熱部品は、前記第1の金属パネルと上段部カバーとの間に取り付けられるか、前記ホルダーと下段部カバーとの間に取り付けられるか、又は第1の金属パネルと上段部カバーとの間及び前記ホルダーと下段部カバーとの間の両方ともに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1の金属パネル及び第2の金属パネルは、高い熱伝導性を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記放熱部品としては、放熱パッド、放熱線、液体クーラー又は金属クーラーを用いることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 複数の円形セルから発せられる熱を吸収する放熱部品及び複数の円形セルに熱を加える発熱部品を備えてなるバッテリーパックにおいて、
前記複数の円形セルの上部に構成されてバッテリーパックの内部を保護する上段部カバーと、
前記上段部カバーの下部に位置し、前記複数の円形セルの上部に貼着されている第1の金属パネルと、
前記複数の円形セルの下部に貼着されている第2の金属パネルと、
前記複数の円形セルの全体の外郭側面及び第2の金属パネルの下部を取り囲んで固定するホルダーと、
前記第2の金属パネル及び前記ホルダーの下部に位置してバッテリーパックの下段部を形成する下段部カバーと、
を備えるバッテリーパック。 - 前記放熱部品は、前記第1の金属パネルと上段部カバーとの間に取り付けられ、前記発熱部品は、前記ホルダーと下段部カバーとの間に取り付けられるか、又は前記発熱部品が前記第1の金属パネルと上段部カバーとの間に取り付けられ、前記放熱部品がホルダーと下段部カバーとの間に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1の金属パネル及び第2の金属パネルは、高い熱伝導性を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記発熱部品としては、発熱パッド、熱線、液体ヒーター又は金属ヒーターを用い、前記放熱部品としては、放熱パッド、放熱線、液体クーラー又は金属クーラーを用いることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
