前記冷却プレートが、前記フィン折曲部の下部に位置するプレート折曲部を含み、
前記連結部材が、前記フィン折曲部と前記プレート折曲部との間に位置する連結折曲部を含み、
前記フィン折曲部が、前記カートリッジの一部分に対応する形状になっており、前記フィン折曲部の一面が前記カートリッジと接触する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記フィン折曲部と前記プレート折曲部と前記連結折曲部とが、相互対応する形状として提供されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記連結部材が、熱溶着方式で各々前記冷却フィン及び前記冷却プレートに結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記冷却プレートの下部に位置し、前記冷却プレートと熱交換可能な熱交換ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱交換ユニットが、
外部から流入した冷却流体を用いて前記冷却プレートと熱交換する熱交換チャンバーと、
前記熱交換チャンバーに前記冷却流体を供給する供給管と、
前記熱交換チャンバーの内部から前記冷却流体を外部へ排出する排出管と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項6に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
