第1の主表面、第2の主表面、及び縁部を有する耐荷基材であって、200ミクロン〜3000ミクロンの厚さを有する、耐荷基材と、
第1の主表面を覆い、かつそれと直接接触する金属含有層であって、20ミクロン〜300ミクロンの厚さを有する、金属含有層と、
第1の主表面または第2の主表面を覆う摺動層と、を備える、ブッシュ。
第1の主表面、第2の主表面、及び縁部を有する耐荷基材であって、200ミクロン〜3000ミクロンの厚さを有する、耐荷基材と、
第1の主表面を覆い、かつそれと直接接触する腐食防止層であって、20ミクロン〜300ミクロンの厚さを有する、腐食防止層と、
第1の主表面または第2の主表面を覆う摺動層と、を備える、ブッシュ。
第1の主表面、第2の主表面、及び縁部を有する耐荷基材であって、厚さt1を有する、耐荷基材と、
第1の主表面を覆い、かつそれと直接接触する被覆であって、1.83未満のポーリング電気陰性度を有する元素金属を備え、該被覆が厚さt2を有し、t2が少なくとも10ミクロンである、被覆と、
第1の主表面または第2の主表面を覆う摺動層と、を備え、
t2/t1の比は、少なくとも1/10である、摺動物品。
第1のヒンジ部分及び第2のヒンジ部分と、
第1のヒンジ部分を第2のヒンジ部分と接合するピンと、
摺動物品と、を備え、該摺動物品が、
第1の主表面、第2の主表面、及び縁部を有する耐荷基材であって、厚さt1を有する、耐荷基材と、
第1の主表面を覆い、かつそれと直接接触する被覆であって、1.83未満のポーリング電気陰性度を有する元素金属を備え、該被覆が厚さt2を有し、t2が少なくとも10ミクロンである、被覆と、
第1の主表面または第2の主表面を覆う摺動層と、を備え、
t2/t1の比は、少なくとも1/10である、ヒンジアセンブリ。
金属含有組成物を金属ワイヤまたは金属シート上に塗布して、金属前駆体を形成することと、
金属前駆体からメッシュまたは拡張シートを形成することと、
摺動層をメッシュまたは拡張シート上に塗布して、スタックを形成することと、
スタックをカレンダリングして、積層体を形成することと、
積層体からブランク材を切り抜くことと、
ブランク材から半製品ブッシュを形成することと、を含む、方法。
Claims (15)
- ブッシュであって、
第1の組成物及び第2の組成物によって形成された多孔質金属層であって、前記第1の組成物が、鉄を含み、前記第2の組成物が、鉄より小さい電気陰性度を有する金属を含む、多孔質金属層と、
前記多孔質金属層を覆う摺動層と、を備える、ブッシュ。 - ヒンジアセンブリであって、
第1のヒンジ部分及び第2のヒンジ部分と、
前記第1のヒンジ部分を前記第2のヒンジ部分と接合するピンと、
ブッシュと、を備え、前記ブッシュは、
第1の組成物及び第2の組成物によって形成された多孔質金属層であって、前記第1の組成物が、鉄を含み、前記第2の組成物が、鉄より小さい電気陰性度を有する金属を含む、多孔質金属層と、
前記多孔質金属層を覆う摺動層と、を備える、ヒンジアセンブリ。 - 前記多孔質金属層は、少なくとも1%の多孔度を有する、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質金属層は、99%以下の多孔度を有する、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質金属は、メッシュ材料、グリッド、拡張シート、または穿孔シートから選択される、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の組成物は、鋼を含む、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の組成物は、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、亜鉛、またはそれらの合金を含む、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の組成物は、前記多孔質金属層の10重量%以下である、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記摺動層は、フルオロポリマーを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記摺動層は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリアミドイミド(PAI)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)、ポリフェニレンスルホン(PPSO2)、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、ペルフルオロアルコキシポリマー(PFA)、ポリオキシメチレン(POM)、ポリエチレン(PE)、UHMWPE、またはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記摺動層は、少なくとも約0.05mmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記摺動層は、約5mm以下の厚さを有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質金属層は、前記摺動層に埋め込まれている、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- 前記ブッシュは、少なくとも3%の矯正能力を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のブッシュまたはヒンジアセンブリ。
- ブッシュを調製する方法であって、
各々が鉄を含む、金属ワイヤまたは金属シートを提供することと、
金属含有組成物を前記金属ワイヤまたは金属シート上に塗布して、金属前駆体を形成することと、
前記金属前駆体からメッシュまたは拡張シートを形成することと、
摺動層を前記メッシュまたは拡張シート上に塗布して、スタックを形成することと、
前記スタックをカレンダリングして、積層体を形成することと、
前記積層体からブランク材を切り抜くことと、
前記ブランク材から半製品ブッシュを形成することと、を含む、方法。
