Claims (8)
- 内部チャンバを囲む垂直円筒形のカラム外壁(2)を有し、熱分離及び/又は化学反応を行うためのカラムであって、
前記内部チャンバが、垂直円筒形仕切り(3)によって2つのチャンバ(4、5)に分割され、物質移動パッケージ(P)、パッキング及び/又は物質移動トレイが配置されているカラムにおいて、
二重壁の円筒形仕切り(3)は、異なる大きさの半径を有する2つの互いに同軸の円筒壁(6、7)を備えることを特徴とするカラム。 - 前記2つの円筒壁(6、7)の互いからの半径方向間隔(A)は、0.1〜10cmであり、好ましくは2〜5cmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラム。
- 前記円筒壁(6、7)は、板金からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカラム。
- 前記仕切り(3)の空間(8)は、閉じた分割チャンバを形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のカラム。
- 前記分割チャンバを形成する前記空間(8)は、上部及び/又は下部終端リングによって閉じられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカラム。
- 前記閉じた空間(8)は、減圧されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のカラム。
- 前記空間(8)は、少なくとも1つのガス流入ポートと1つのガス流出ポートを備えることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のカラム。
- 前記空間(8)は、空気、ヘリウム、窒素又は二酸化炭素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のカラム。
