Claims (4)
- 第1低温液化ガスが気化した第1ガスと、前記第1低温液化ガスよりも低温の第2低温液化ガスが気化した第2ガスと、を混合した混合ガスを需要先に供給するガス供給システムであって、
前記第1低温液化ガスを貯蔵する第1タンクと、
前記第1タンク内で前記第1低温液化ガスが気化して発生した前記第1ガスが流入するとともに、前記第1ガスを昇圧するガス昇圧機構が配置された第1経路と、
前記第1タンクから前記第1低温液化ガスを取り出す経路であって、前記第1低温液化ガスを昇圧するポンプと、前記ポンプによって昇圧した前記第1低温液化ガスを気化する気化機構と、が配置された第2経路と、
前記第1経路における前記ガス昇圧機構よりも上流側から取り出した前記第1ガスの少なくとも一部を液化して前記第2経路における前記ポンプよりも上流側に流入させる経路であって、前記第2低温液化ガスまたは前記第2ガスによって前記第1ガスを冷却する冷却熱交換器が配置された再液化経路と、を備えることを特徴とする、ガス供給システム。 - 前記再液化経路には、前記第1経路から取り出された前記第1ガスを昇圧する再液化用ガス昇圧機構が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記冷却熱交換器は、前記第2低温液化ガスによって前記第1ガスを冷却するとともに、前記第1ガスによって前記第2低温液化ガスを加温するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のガス供給システム。
- 前記再液化経路は、前記第1タンクから取り出した前記第1低温液化ガスとの熱交換を介して前記第1ガスを液化させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のガス供給システム。
