Claims (5)
- スイッチング素子を収容しており、第1方向に並んで配置されている第1、第2、第3、及び、第4パワーモジュールと、
4個の前記パワーモジュールを接続するバスバと、を備えており、
夫々の前記パワーモジュールは、前記スイッチング素子と導通している正極端子と負極端子を備えており、
前記正極端子と前記負極端子は、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向で並んでいるとともに、前記第1方向と前記第2方向の両方と交差する第3方向に延びており、
前記バスバは、
前記第1パワーモジュールの前記負極端子と、前記第1パワーモジュールに隣接する前記第2パワーモジュールの前記正極端子を接続する第1バスバ片と、
前記第3パワーモジュールの前記負極端子と、前記第3パワーモジュールに隣接する前記第4パワーモジュールの前記正極端子を接続する第2バスバ片と、
前記第1方向に延びており、前記第1バスバ片と前記第2バスバ片を接続する複数の接続バスバ片と、
を備えており、
少なくとも一つの前記接続バスバ片が、前記第1バスバ片の前記第2方向の中央と前記第2バスバ片の前記第2方向の中央を接続している、電力変換器。 - 少なくとも一つの前記接続バスバ片は、4個の前記パワーモジュールのうちのいずれか1個の前記正極端子と前記負極端子の間を通過している、請求項1に記載の電力変換器。
- 前記第1バスバ片と前記第2バスバ片と前記接続バスバ片は一枚の金属板で作られている、請求項1又は2に記載の電力変換器。
- 夫々の前記パワーモジュールは、複数の前記スイッチング素子の並列接続を収容している、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換器。
- 4個の前記パワーモジュールの夫々は、前記第2方向の中央に前記負極端子を備えている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換器。
