バインダーのポリマー部分が約150℃の温度で無機粉末と混合され、プレ混合物を作る。前記プレ混合物にワックスと界面活性剤が加えられ、約180℃まで温度が上げられて、一種の均質ペーストを形成する。これは冷却され粒状化されて固化する。そして、既知の射出成形技術による成形された部品の製造に用いることができる供給原料を形成するように維持される。
Claims (16)
- 40〜55体積%の高分子塩基と、35〜45体積%のワックスの混合物又はワックスとパーム油の混合物と、及び少なくとも5体積%の少なくとも1種類の界面活性剤とを成分として含有する射出成形用組成物のためのバインダーであって、
前記高分子塩基は、エチレン及びメタクリル酸又はアクリル酸のコポリマー、エチレンとプロピレンのコポリマー、及び/又は無水マレイン酸がグラフトされたポリプロピレンと、及びイソプロピルアルコール、プロピルアルコール、テレピン及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれた溶媒内において溶解可能であり、酢酸酪酸セルロース、ポリビニルブチラール及びコポリアミドからなる群から選ばれたポリマーとによって作られ、
当該バインダーの各成分の量は、それらの成分の合計が当該バインダーの100体積%であるような量である

を含有する組成物。 - 前記無機粉末は、酸化物粉末、窒化物粉末、炭化物粉末、金属粉末又はこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる
請求項13に記載の組成物。 - 前記無機粉末は、アルミナ粉末、酸化ジルコニウム粉末、炭化クロム粉末、炭化チタン粉末又は炭化タングステン粉末、金属性タングステン又は窒化ケイ素粉末、ステンレス鋼粉末、金属性チタン粉末又はこれらの粉末の混合物からなる群から選ばれる

76〜88%のアルミナ及び12〜24%のバインダーか、
76〜88%のアルミナ、0.1〜0.6%の酸化マグネシウム及び12〜24%のバインダーか、
58〜86.5%の酸化ジルコニウム、3.9〜4.6%の酸化イットリウム、0.18〜18.5%のアルミナ及び9〜22%のバインダーか、
61.5〜84%の酸化ジルコニウム、3.9〜4.6%の酸化イットリウム、0.2〜9%のアルミナ、2〜5.5%の酸化鉄、酸化コバルト、酸化クロム、酸化チタン、酸化マンガン、酸化亜鉛又はこれらの酸化物の混合物からなる群から選ばれる無機顔料及び9〜22%のバインダーか、
88〜91%のクロム又は炭化チタン及び9〜12%のバインダーか、
93〜96%の炭化タングステン又は金属性タングステン及び4〜7%のバインダーか、あるいは
78〜85%の窒化ケイ素及び15〜22%のバインダー
を含有する請求項15に記載の組成物。
