Claims (5)
- 電動車両を駆動する複数のバッテリ(12)と、前記複数のバッテリ(12)を収納するケース(13)およびカバー(14)と、前記複数のバッテリ(12)の電気的接続を遮断する第1サービスプラグ(20)および第2サービスプラグ(21)と、前記ケース(13)に設けられて前記第1サービスプラグ(20)および前記第2サービスプラグ(21)をそれぞれ収納する第1収納部(22)および第2収納部(23)とを備えるバッテリパックであって、
前記カバー(14)は前記ケース(13)に特殊部品(15)で固定され、前記第1サービスプラグ(20)は前記特殊部品(15)を取り外す特殊工具(31)を備え、前記第1サービスプラグ(20)の一部あるいは前記第1収納部(22)を閉じる第1リッド(33)の一部と、前記第2サービスプラグ(21)の一部あるいは前記第2収納部(23)および前記第2リッド(38)間に配置される部品(36)の一部とは重合部で重なり合い、前記第1サービスプラグ(20)の一部あるいは前記重合部において前記第1収納部(22)を閉じる第1リッド(33)の一部は、前記第1サービスプラグ(20)および前記第1リッド(33)の取り外し方向の奥側に位置していることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記第2収納部(23)および前記第2リッド(38)間に配置される部品(36)は前記第2収納部(23)の内周にシール部材(35)を介して嵌合する環状部品(36)であり、前記環状部品(36)は前記シール部材(35)の外側に突出部(36b)を備え、前記突出部(36b)が前記第1リッド(33)の手前側に対して重なっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記環状部品(36)は前記第2サービスプラグ(21)と係合可能な係合部(36a)を備え、前記係合部(36a)の一部は前記第2サービスプラグ(21)の一部よりも奥側に重なっていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ケース(13)および前記カバー(14)は車両の床下に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1収納部(22)および前記第2収納部(23)は前記ケース(13)の側壁に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。
