Claims (8)
- 底板と、
前記底板に対向して設置される上板と、
両端がそれぞれ前記底板と前記上板に固定される複数の接続部材と、
電池を搭載するように前記底板と前記上板の間に位置し、前記接続部材がそれぞれ通る複数のガイド部を有する少なくとも1つの仕切り板と、
前記仕切り板と前記底板の間に位置するプレス板と、
前記プレス板と前記底板の間に位置する伝動装置と、
を、含み、
前記伝動装置は、
前記底板に位置し、且つそれぞれ第1のネジ孔と第2のネジ孔を有する一対の移動部材と、
前記第1のネジ孔と前記第2のネジ孔にそれぞれ噛み合うように互いに反対である向きを備える第1のネジ山と第2のネジ山を有するネジロッドと、
互いに交差して、その2つの上端は前記プレス板に枢設され、その2つの底端は前記一対の移動部材にそれぞれ枢設される一対の支持アームと、
を含み、
前記ネジロッドが回動する場合、前記一対の移動部材は互いに近接あるいは離反することで、前記一対の支持アームは前記プレス板を前記上板に対して近接あるいは離反するようにすることを特徴とする電池トレイ。 - 前記プレス板は、前記接続部材がそれぞれ通る複数のガイド部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池トレイ。
- 前記一対の移動部材は、前記底板に位置する少なくとも1つのローラーを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池トレイ。
- 前記ネジロッドの長さ方向と前記プレス板の法線は実質的に垂直することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電池トレイ。
- 前記プレス板が前記上板に向かって近づいていく場合、それぞれの前記支持アームと水平線のなす角は45°〜90°であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の電池トレイ。
- 前記底板に位置し、前記ネジロッドの一端の位置を制限して、前記ネジロッドを回動させる治具と、
前記底板に位置し、且つ前記ネジロッドの前記治具から離れる一端を収納する軸受けと、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電池トレイ。 - 前記仕切り板がその辺縁に凹部を有し、前記仕切り板における前記電池はシール袋に被覆され、前記シール袋の一部は、前記電池と重ならない前記凹部に位置して露出することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電池トレイ。
- 前記プレス板と、前記上板と、前記底板の硬さは、共に前記仕切り板の硬さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載の電池トレイ。
