Abstract
Description
(1) バルーン支援装置であって、
近位端部から遠位端部へと軸線に沿って延在する開口閉鎖管を備える内側本体と、
前記内側本体に接合されたバルーンと、
前記バルーン支援装置から近位方向に延在するポジショナと、を備える、バルーン支援装置。
(2) 前記バルーンは、前記内側本体に接合された可撓性材料のシースと、前記バルーンの内部を含む前記シースと前記内側本体との間の容積部と、を備える、実施態様1に記載のバルーン支援装置。
(3) 前記シースは、前記内側本体の外面の輪郭に沿う2つの外辺部に沿って内側本体に接合されている、実施態様2に記載のバルーン支援装置。
(4) 前記シースは弾性材料を備える、実施態様2に記載のバルーン支援装置。
(5) 前記シースは非弾性材料を備える、実施態様2に記載のバルーン支援装置。
(7) 前記ポジショナは前記膨張管を備える、実施態様6に記載のバルーン支援装置。
(8) 前記ポジショナは前記内側本体に取り付けられている、実施態様1に記載のバルーン支援装置。
(9) 前記内側本体は弾性材料から形成されている、実施態様1に記載のバルーン支援装置。
(10) 前記ポジショナは、前記バルーン支援装置を近位方向及び遠位方向に位置決めするように構成されている、実施態様1に記載のバルーン支援装置。

前記カテーテルの外側と摺動可能に係合するバルーン支援装置であって、
近位端部と遠位端部とを有する開口管を備える内側本体と、
前記内側本体に接合された膨張可能なバルーンと、
近位方向に延在するポジショナと、を備えるバルーン支援装置と、を備える、バルーン支援型カテーテルシステム。
(12) 前記バルーン支援装置は、前記膨張可能なシースと封止連通する膨張管を更に備える、実施態様11に記載のバルーン支援型カテーテルシステム。
(13) 前記ポジショナは前記膨張管を備える、実施態様12に記載のバルーン支援型カテーテルシステム。
(14) 前記ポジショナは前記内側本体に取り付けられている、実施態様11に記載のバルーン支援型カテーテルシステム。
(15) 前記ポジショナは前記バルーンに取り付けられている、実施態様11に記載のバルーン支援型カテーテルシステム。

- バルーン支援装置であって、
近位端部から遠位端部へと軸線に沿って延在する開口閉鎖管を備える内側本体と、
前記内側本体に接合されたバルーンと、
前記バルーン支援装置から近位方向に延在するポジショナと、を備える、バルーン支援装置。 - 前記バルーンは、前記内側本体に接合された可撓性材料のシースと、前記バルーンの内部を含む前記シースと前記内側本体との間の容積部と、を備える、請求項1に記載のバルーン支援装置。
- 前記シースは、前記内側本体の外面の輪郭に沿う2つの外辺部に沿って内側本体に接合されている、請求項2に記載のバルーン支援装置。
- 前記シースは弾性材料を備える、請求項2に記載のバルーン支援装置。
- 前記シースは非弾性材料を備える、請求項2に記載のバルーン支援装置。
- 前記バルーンと封止連通する膨張管を更に備える、請求項1に記載のバルーン支援装置。
- 前記ポジショナは前記膨張管を備える、請求項6に記載のバルーン支援装置。
- 前記ポジショナは前記内側本体に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のバルーン支援装置。
- 前記内側本体は弾性材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載のバルーン支援装置。
- 前記ポジショナは、前記バルーン支援装置を近位方向及び遠位方向に位置決めするように構成されている、請求項1に記載のバルーン支援装置。

カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの外側と摺動可能に係合するバルーン支援装置であって、
近位端部と遠位端部とを有する開口管を備える内側本体と、
前記内側本体に接合された膨張可能なバルーンと、
近位方向に延在するポジショナと、を備えるバルーン支援装置と、を備える、バルーン支援型カテーテルシステム。 - 前記バルーン支援装置は、前記膨張可能なシースと封止連通する膨張管を更に備える、請求項11に記載のバルーン支援型カテーテルシステム。
