Description
Claims (20)
- 前面を覆うフィルムを有するガラススクリーンを含むビデオモニターと、
前記ガラススクリーン前面の上、下、左側、右側に沿って連続して前記ガラススクリーン前面の外周に重なる枠部を有する、前記ビデオモニターに貼付された周囲カバーと、
前記ガラススクリーンの前方へのガラス片の脱落を防ぐために前記周囲カバーの前記枠部と前記ガラススクリーン前面の間に設けられる連続シールと、
を備えるビデオモニター組立体。 - 前記周囲カバーの前記枠部は、前記ガラススクリーン前面を覆う前記フィルムに接合される請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- 前記周囲カバーの前記枠部は、前記ガラススクリーン前面を覆う前記フィルムに接着される請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- 前記フィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムまたはポリカーボネートフィルムである請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- 前記周囲カバーの前記枠部は、前記ガラススクリーン前面の上、下、左側、右側のそれぞれに沿って、前記ガラススクリーン前面における縁から内側への横方向の範囲で計測された、前記ガラススクリーン前面の2.5mm以上の外周に重なる請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- 前記周囲カバーは、前記ビデオモニターから離れる横方向へのガラス片の脱落を防ぐために前記ビデオモニターの上、下、左側、右側のうち少なくともいずれかに重なる請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- 前記ビデオモニターは、前記ビデオモニター組立体をシートバックへ固定するための締結具を受け入れる孔を有する少なくとも1つの横タブを有する筐体を備える請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- 前記周囲カバーは、前記周囲カバーをシートバックへ固定するための締結具を受け入れる孔を有する少なくとも1つの横タブを備える請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- 前記周囲カバーは、前記ビデオモニターのコントローラーと入力ジャックのうち少なくともいずれかにアクセスするための開口をさらに備える請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- 前記周囲カバーは、熱成形される請求項1に記載のビデオモニター組立体。
- フィルムで覆われたガラススクリーン前面の枠部に接合されるように適合された枠を備え、前記枠は、前記ガラススクリーンの少なくとも前方へのガラス片の脱落を防ぐために前記ガラススクリーン前面の上、下、左側、右側に沿って連続して前記ガラススクリーン前面の外周に重なる、航空機シートバックモニター用のモニターカバー。
- 前記フィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムまたはポリカーボネートフィルムである請求項11に記載のモニターカバー。
- 前記枠は、前記ガラススクリーン前面の上、下、左側、右側のそれぞれに沿って、前記ガラススクリーン前面における縁から内側への横方向の範囲で計測された、前記ガラススクリーン前面の2.5mm未満の外周に重なるように適合される請求項11に記載のモニターカバー。
- 前記モニターカバーは、前記航空機シートバックモニターから離れる横方向へのガラス片の脱落を防ぐために前記航空機シートバックモニターの上、下、左側、右側のうち少なくともいずれかにさらに重なるように適合される請求項11に記載のモニターカバー。
- 前記モニターカバーを航空機乗客席のシートバックへ固定するための締結具を受け入れる孔を有する少なくとも1つの横タブをさらに備える請求項11に記載のモニターカバー。
- 前面を覆うフィルムを有するガラススクリーンを含むビデオモニターを設ける過程と、
前記ガラススクリーン前面の上、下、左側、右側に沿って連続して前記ビデオモニターの前記ガラススクリーン前面の外周に重なるよう適合された枠部を有する周囲カバーを設ける過程と、
前記周囲カバーの前記枠部と前記ガラススクリーン前面の前記重なった部分との間に連続シールを設けるために前記周囲カバーを前記フィルムに接合する過程と、
を備える航空機シートバックビデオモニターのガラススクリーンの前方へのガラス片脱落防止方法。 - 前記接合する過程は、接着する過程を含む請求項16に記載のガラス片脱落防止方法。
- 前記周囲カバーの前記枠部は、前記ガラススクリーン前面の上、下、左側、右側のそれぞれに沿って、前記ガラススクリーン前面における縁から内側への横方向の範囲で計測された、前記ガラススクリーン前面の2.5mm未満の外周に重なる請求項16に記載のガラス片脱落防止方法。
- 前記周囲カバーは、前記周囲カバーをシートバックへ固定するための締結具を受け入れる孔を有する少なくとも1つの横タブを備える請求項16に記載のガラス片脱落防止方法。
- 前記周囲カバーは、前記ビデオモニターのコントローラーと入力ジャックのうち少なくともいずれかにアクセスするための開口をさらに備える請求項16に記載のガラス片脱落防止方法。
