Claims (6)
- レセプタクルコネクタと嵌合されるプラグコネクタであって、
インシュレータと、前記インシュレータに配列保持された複数のピンコンタクトとを備え、
前記ピンコンタクトは、前記インシュレータの内部底面から前記内部底面と垂直な嵌合方向に起立し、相互に平行な両側の板面がそれぞれ接触面とされた接触片を備え、
前記複数のピンコンタクトは、配列ピッチのピッチ方向と前記接触面が平行とされて配列され、
前記インシュレータには、前記ピッチ方向において隣接する前記接触片間にそれぞれ位置するように複数の突出片が前記内部底面から前記嵌合方向に起立して形成されていることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタにおいて、
前記突出片の両側の板面は隣接する前記接触片の両側の前記接触面とそれぞれ同一面上に位置されていることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のプラグコネクタにおいて、
前記接触片の、前記ピッチ方向を向き、前記突出片と対向する側面には、前記嵌合方向に延伸する凸条が形成され、
前記凸条が嵌る溝が前記突出片に形成されていることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ。 - プラグコネクタと嵌合されるレセプタクルコネクタであって、
インシュレータと、前記インシュレータに配列保持された複数のソケットコンタクトとを備え、
前記ソケットコンタクトは、相互に対向し、その対向方向にそれぞれ弾性変位するように支持された一対の接触片を有する接触部と、前記インシュレータに固定保持される固定部と、前記固定部に一端が連結され、前記固定部に対し、前記接触部を前記対向方向と平行方向に変位可能とするばね部と、前記ばね部の他端と前記接触部とを連結する連結部とを備え、
前記一対の接触片と前記ばね部は、前記連結部に対し、前記プラグコネクタとの嵌合方向において同じ側に突出され、かつ前記複数のソケットコンタクトの配列ピッチのピッチ方向にずれて位置されており、
前記インシュレータには前記ピッチ方向に延伸する溝が形成され、
前記複数のソケットコンタクトは、前記溝の相互に対向する両壁面に各前記ソケットコンタクトの前記一対の接触片が位置するように配列されていることを特徴とするレセプタクルコネクタ。 - 請求項4に記載のレセプタクルコネクタにおいて、
前記一対の接触片と前記ばね部は、前記対向方向と平行方向にずれて位置されており、前記ばね部は前記溝から退避していることを特徴とするレセプタクルコネクタ。 - 請求項1から3までの何れかに記載されたプラグコネクタと、請求項4又は5に記載されたレセプタクルコネクタとよりなり、
前記ソケットコンタクトの前記ばね部は、前記プラグコネクタと前記レセプタクルコネクタとの嵌合時において前記ピンコンタクトと干渉しない位置に位置していることを特徴とするコネクタ。
