Claims (15)
- ペースト状の材料(M)、例えば泥又は粉砕された食品廃棄物を搬送する設備であって、
ステータ(2)と、該ステータ(2)内で回転するロータ(3)と、供給開口部(5)を有する、前記ステータに接続された吸い込みハウジング(4)と、出口開口部(7)とを備えた偏心スクリュポンプ(1)と、
搬送されるべき前記材料(M)が圧縮された材料ストランドとして前記偏心スクリュポンプ(1)によって当該搬送管路(8)へ押圧されるように前記偏心スクリュポンプ(1)の前記出口開口部(7)に接続されている空気圧式の搬送管路(8)と
を有しており、少なくとも1つのバルブ(11)を介して圧力媒体供給部(10)が前記搬送管路(8)へ接続されており、前記圧力媒体供給部によって、圧力パルスを、時間的な間隔において前記搬送管路(8)へ注入可能であり、制限された長さの材料プラグ(MP)を、前記圧力パルスによって、前記圧縮された材料ストランドから分離可能であるとともに、前記搬送管路(8)を通して搬送可能である、前記設備。 - 前記偏心スクリュポンプ(1)がホッパポンプとして形成されており、前記供給開口部(5)に供給ホッパ(21)が接続されており、好ましくは駆動部(9)とロータ(3)の間の連結ロッド(22)が搬送工具(2)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記搬送管路(8)が、25メートルより長い、特に100メートルより長い、好ましくは200メートルより長い長さを有しており、好ましくは、端部側で材料貯蔵部、例えばサイロ(20)が前記搬送管路に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の設備。
- 前記圧力媒体供給部の前記バルブ(11)に接続されているとともに、前記バルブを制御可能な制御装置を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 好ましくは前記制御装置に接続された圧力測定装置(15)が前記搬送管路(8)に接続されており、その結果、前記バルブ(11)を、前記圧力測定装置(15)によって測定された前記搬送管路(8)における圧力に依存して制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 好ましくは偏心スクリュポンプ(1)と圧力媒体供給部(10)の間で、潤滑剤供給部(16)が前記搬送管路(8)に接続されており、前記潤滑剤供給部によって、潤滑剤、例えば水又はポリマー溶液を、好ましくは連続的に、前記圧力管路(8)あるいは前記材料ストランドの範囲へ注入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記偏心スクリュポンプ(1)が、供給される材料のための粉砕装置(19)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 弾性的な前記ステータ(2)が、前記吸い込みハウジング(4)及び/又は圧力ハウジング(6)を取り外すことなく交換可能であり、例えば長手方向に分割されるステータ(2)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 前記ロータ(3)が、前記吸い込みハウジング(4)及び/又は圧力ハウジング(6)を取り外すことなく交換可能であり、例えば、前記ロータ(3)が、ジョイントの範囲において分離箇所又はハウジング開口部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 特に請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の設備によって、ペースト状の材料を搬送する方法であって、前記材料が、圧縮された材料プラグを形成しつつ前記偏心スクリュポンプによって前記搬送管路(8)へ押圧され、前記圧力媒体供給部(10)によって、時間的な間隔において圧力パルスが前記搬送管路(8)へ注入され、これにより、材料プラグ(MP)が、前記材料ストランドから分離され、前記搬送管路において搬送方向(F)に沿って搬送される、前記方法。
- 前記圧力パルスが、前記搬送管路(8)における圧力に依存して、例えば、それぞれあらかじめ設定された圧力閾値への到達時又は該圧力閾値の超過時に生成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力パルスが、それぞれあらかじめ設定された継続時間、例えば1〜20秒を有しており、及び/又は前記圧力パルスの前記継続時間が、それぞれ前記搬送管路における圧力に依存して可変に制御されることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 潤滑剤が前記搬送管路(8)へ注入され、好ましくは、注入された潤滑剤の量が前記搬送管路における圧力に依存して制御されることを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 好ましくは材料が前記搬送管路(8)へ至る前に、好ましくは前記ステータ(2)の手前の前記偏心スクリュポンプ(1)内で、前記偏心スクリュポンプ(1)の前記供給開口部(5)へ供給される材料が粉砕されることを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記搬送管路(8)における圧力が上限値、例えば5bar、好ましくは4barを超過しないように、前記設備、すなわち例えば前記偏心スクリュポンプ(1)、圧力媒体供給部(10)及び/又は潤滑剤供給部(16)が制御されることを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
