Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態に係るプリフォーム賦形方法を含む複合材成形方法の手順を示すフローチャートであり、図2は図1に示すプリフォーム賦形方法及び複合材成形方法によって製作対象となるプリフォーム及び複合材の形状例を示す斜視図である。
このため、プリフォーム賦形方法及び複合材成形方法によれば、ドライテープ材22の積層時においてドライテープ材22を仮留めしつつ、ドライテープ材22を賦形する際には、ドライテープ材22を容易に変形させることができる。その結果、ドライテープ材22に皺や裂けが生じる事態を回避し、良好な品質を有するドライプリフォームを製作することができる。特に、ドライプリフォーム及び複合材1の形状に合わせて熱融着点の間隔を最適化することによって複雑な形状を有するドライプリフォーム及び複合材1であっても、良好な品質で製作することが可能となる。
図14は本発明の第2の実施形態に係るプリフォーム賦形方法及び複合材成形方法を説明するためのドライテープ材の積層時における斜視図である。
図15は本発明の第3の実施形態に係るプリフォーム賦形方法及び複合材成形方法を説明するためのドライテープ材の積層時における斜視図である。
図17は本発明の第4の実施形態に係るプリフォーム賦形方法及び複合材成形方法を説明するためのドライテープ材の積層時における斜視図である。

Claims (11)
- それぞれバインダと繊維からなる複数のドライテープ材を、前記バインダを部分的に熱融着させることによって隣接するドライテープ材にそれぞれ仮留めしながら積層するステップと、
仮留めされた前記複数のドライテープ材を折曲げ線に沿って折曲げるステップと、
折曲げられた前記複数のドライテープ材に含まれる前記バインダを熱融着させることによって賦形されたドライプリフォームを製作するステップと、
を有し、
前記積層するステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線に沿う範囲、前記折曲げ線に沿う範囲に隣接する両側の部分間及び前記折曲げ線を境界として隣接する部分間の少なくとも1つにおいて前記バインダの熱融着量を変えるプリフォーム賦形方法。 - 前記折曲げるステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線に沿って前記複数のドライテープ材を折曲げることによって曲面と平面又は曲面と曲面を前記折曲げ線で連結した形状を形成し、
前記積層するステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線において折曲げられる側となる前記複数のドライテープ材の部分に含まれる前記バインダの熱融着量を、前記折曲げられる側に隣接する部分に含まれる前記バインダの熱融着量よりも少なくする請求項1記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。 - 前記折曲げるステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線に沿って前記複数のドライテープ材を折曲げることによってウェブとフランジを有する形状を形成し、
前記積層するステップにおいて、前記フランジとなる部分に含まれる前記バインダの熱融着量を、前記ウェブとなる部分に含まれる前記バインダの熱融着量よりも少なくする請求項1又は2記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。 - 前記積層するステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線において折曲げられる側となる前記複数のドライテープ材の部分に含まれる前記バインダの融点の代表値を第1の融点の代表値とする一方、前記折曲げられる側に隣接する部分に含まれる前記バインダの融点の代表値を前記第1の融点の代表値よりも低い第2の融点の代表値とし、前記第1の融点の代表値よりも低く、前記第2の融点の代表値よりも高い温度で前記バインダの熱融着を行う請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 融点が異なる複数種類の熱可塑性バインダを調合することによって、前記折曲げ線において折曲げられる側を、前記折曲げられる側に隣接する部分よりも少ない熱融着量で熱融着させる請求項4記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記積層するステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線において折曲げられる側となる前記複数のドライテープ材の部分における前記バインダの熱融着点の間隔を、前記折曲げられる側に隣接する部分における前記バインダの熱融着点の間隔よりも広くする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記積層するステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線において折曲げられる側となる前記複数のドライテープ材の部分においては前記バインダの熱融着を行わず、前記折曲げられる側に隣接する部分においては前記バインダの熱融着を行う請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記積層するステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線において折曲げられる側となる前記複数のドライテープ材の部分の層間に前記バインダの熱融着を防止するシートを挟むことによって、前記折曲げ線において折曲げられる側となる前記複数のドライテープ材の部分においては前記バインダの熱融着を行わず、前記折曲げられる側に隣接する部分においては前記バインダの熱融着を行う請求項7記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記積層するステップにおいて、前記折曲げ線に沿う範囲における前記バインダの熱融着量を、前記折曲げ線に沿う範囲に隣接する両側の部分における前記バインダの熱融着量よりも大きくする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 前記折曲げ線で折曲げられることによって前記複数のドライテープ材に形成される面取り部分における前記バインダの熱融着量を、前記面取り部分に隣接する部分における前記バインダの熱融着量よりも大きくする請求項9記載のプリフォーム賦形方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のプリフォーム賦形方法で製作された前記ドライプリフォームに熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させて加熱硬化することによって複合材を製作する複合材成形方法。
