Claims (5)
- 分析に使用すべき分析用液としての液が収容されている容器の重量を計測する重量計と、
前記分析用液の密度ρを記憶する密度記憶部と、
前記分析用液を減少させる減少動作の前後における前記容器の重量の変化量ΔMを前記重量計の計測値に基づいて求め、求めた前記変化量ΔM、前記減少動作における前記容器内の液の減少した体積V、及び前記密度記憶部に記憶されている前記分析用液の密度ρに基づいて、前記減少動作において前記分析用液の使用が正常になされたか否かを判定するように構成されている分析用液判定部と、を備えた分析用液視装置。 - 前記分析用液判定部は、前記減少動作の前後における前記容器の重量の変化量ΔMを前記減少動作における前記容器内の液の減少した体積Vで除算して前記容器に収容されている液の密度ρ’を求め、求めた密度ρ’と前記密度記憶部に記憶されている前記分析用液の密度ρとを比較し、両者が一致するか否かにより前記減少動作において前記分析用液の使用が正常になされたか否かを判定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の分析用液監視装置。
- 前記分析用液判定部は、前記減少動作の前後における前記容器の重量の変化量ΔMを前記密度記憶部に記憶されている前記分析用液の密度ρで除算して前記減少動作における前記容器内の液の減少した体積V’を求め、求めた体積V’と前記減少動作における前記容器内の液の減少した体積Vとを比較し、両者が一致するか否かにより前記減少動作において前記分析用液の使用が正常になされたか否かを判定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の分析用液監視装置。
- 複数の液が互いに異なる分析用液としてそれぞれ収容されている複数の容器があり、
前記重量計は前記複数の容器のそれぞれの重量を計測するものであり、
前記密度記憶部はそれぞれの前記分析用液の密度ρを記憶するものであり、
前記分析用液判定部は、前記減少動作の前後における前記複数の容器のそれぞれの重量の変化量ΔMを前記密度記憶部に記憶されているそれぞれの前記分析用液の密度ρで除算して前記減少動作における前記複数の容器内の液の計算上の減少した体積V’の比率を求め、求めた計算上の体積V’の比率と前記減少動作における前記複数の容器内の液のそれぞれの減少した体積Vの比率とを比較し、両者が一致するか否かにより前記減少動作において前記分析用液の使用が正常になされたか否かを判定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の分析用液監視装置。 - 前記分析用液判定部によって前記減少動作において前記分析用液の使用が正常になされていないと判定されたときに、ユーザに対する警告を発するように構成された警告発生部をさらに備えている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の分析用液監視装置。
