好ましくは射出成形を利用することによって、上記歪みゲージを埋め込んだ成形材料層を成形することと、を含む、方法。
[2]上記印刷された歪みゲージを含む上記第1の基板を、熱形成、冷間形成、真空形成、圧力形成、または高圧形成などによって形成することを含む、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[3]第2の形成可能基板フィルムであることが好ましい第2の基板を得ることを含み、
上記成形が、上記第1の基板と上記第2の基板の間に上記成形材料層を成形することを含む、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[4]上記歪みゲージが、第1の歪みゲージであり、
上記方法が、
上記第2の基板上の、少なくとも部分的には上記第1の歪みゲージに対応する位置に、少なくとも1つの第2の歪みゲージを印刷することを含む、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[5]2つの基板フィルムの間など、上記第1の基板または上記第2の基板上に、上記歪みゲージの動作を制御する制御ユニットを配置することと、
プリンテッド・エレクトロニクス法などによって、上記制御ユニットと上記歪みゲージの間に電気接続を配置することと、を含み、
上記成形が、上記成形材料層を成形して上記制御ユニットを埋め込むことを含む、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[6]上記第1の基板または上記第2の基板上に容量性感知要素を配置することを含む、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[7]上記第1の基板が、プラスチック、ポリマー、ポリカーボネート、ポリカーボネートアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリイミド、メチルメタクリレートとスチレンモノマー(MS樹脂)のコポリマー、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、木、皮革、または織物のうちの1つを含む、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[8]上記第1の基板が、0.1マイクロオーム/m以上など高い固有抵抗を有することが好ましい金属を含み、上記方法が、誘電体インクで誘電体層を印刷することなどによって上記第1の基板上に絶縁層を設けることを含み、上記歪みゲージが、上記絶縁層上に印刷される、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[9]第1の基板上の印刷された歪みゲージを含む歪みゲージ装置であって、上記歪みゲージが、成形材料層に埋め込まれている、歪みゲージ装置。
[10]少なくとも3つの印刷された歪みゲージを含み、上記歪みゲージ装置が、三角測量によって、上記少なくとも3つの印刷された歪みゲージに基づいて上記第1の基板に印加された圧力の位置を特定するように構成される、上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
[11]第2の基板を含み、上記歪みゲージを埋め込んだ上記成形材料層が、2つの基板フィルムの間など、上記第1の基板と上記第2の基板の間に配置される、上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
[12]上記歪みゲージと電気接続して配置された、上記第1の基板または上記第2の基板上の制御ユニットを含む、上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
[13]上記歪みゲージを含む上記第1の基板が、3次元形状に形成されている、上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置。

[17]上記容量性感知装置が、第1のトリガ信号を提供するように構成され、上記歪みゲージの抵抗が、上記第1のトリガ信号に応答して監視されるように設定され、

[18]上記第1の基板が、プラスチック、ポリマー、ポリカーボネート、ポリカーボネートアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリイミド、メチルメタクリレートとスチレンモノマー(MS樹脂)のコポリマー、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、木、皮革、または織物のうちの1つを含む、上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
[19]第1の基板が、0.1マイクロオーム/m以上など高い固有抵抗を有することが好ましい金属を含み、上記歪みゲージ装置が、誘電体インクで誘電体層を印刷することなどによって形成された上記第1の基板上の絶縁層を含み、上記印刷された歪みゲージが、上記絶縁層上にある、上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
[20]上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置を含む、ハンドオン/オフ検出センサ。
[21]上記[20]に記載のハンドオン/オフ検出センサを含む、ステアリングホイール。
[22]上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置の、ステアリングホイールなどのハンドオン/オフ検出センサとしての使用。
[23]上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置を含む、計量装置。
[24]上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置の、計量のための使用。
[25]上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置を含む、レベルインジケータ装置。
[26]上記[9]に記載の歪みゲージ装置の、液位指示などのレベル指示のための使用。
Claims (26)
- 歪みゲージ装置を製造する方法であって、
電子構成要素を収容する第1の形成可能基板フィルムであることが好ましい、第1の基板を得ることと、
スクリーン印刷またはインクジェット印刷などのプリンテッド・エレクトロニクス法によって、前記第1の基板上に歪みゲージを印刷することと、
好ましくは射出成形を利用することによって、前記歪みゲージを埋め込んだ成形材料層を成形することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記印刷された歪みゲージを含む前記第1の基板を、熱形成、冷間形成、真空形成、圧力形成、または高圧形成などによって形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の形成可能基板フィルムであることが好ましい第2の基板を得ることを含み、
前記成形が、前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の間に前記成形材料層を成形することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記歪みゲージが、第1の歪みゲージであり、
前記方法が、
前記第2の基板上の、少なくとも部分的には前記第1の歪みゲージに対応する位置に、少なくとも1つの第2の歪みゲージを印刷することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 2つの基板フィルムの間など、前記第1の基板または前記第2の基板上に、前記歪みゲージの動作を制御する制御ユニットを配置することと、
プリンテッド・エレクトロニクス法などによって、前記制御ユニットと前記歪みゲージの間に電気接続を配置することと、を含み、
前記成形が、前記成形材料層を成形して前記制御ユニットを埋め込むことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の基板または前記第2の基板上に容量性感知要素を配置することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の基板が、プラスチック、ポリマー、ポリカーボネート、ポリカーボネートアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリイミド、メチルメタクリレートとスチレンモノマー(MS樹脂)のコポリマー、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、木、皮革、または織物のうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の基板が、0.1マイクロオーム/m以上など高い固有抵抗を有することが好ましい金属を含み、前記方法が、誘電体インクで誘電体層を印刷することなどによって前記第1の基板上に絶縁層を設けることを含み、前記歪みゲージが、前記絶縁層上に印刷される、請求項1のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の基板上の印刷歪みゲージを含む歪みゲージ装置であって、前記歪みゲージが、成形材料層に埋め込まれている、歪みゲージ装置。
- 少なくとも3つの印刷歪みゲージを含み、前記歪みゲージ装置が、三角測量によって、前記少なくとも3つの印刷歪みゲージに基づいて前記第1の基板に印加された圧力の位置を特定するように構成される、請求項9に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
- 第2の基板を含み、前記歪みゲージを埋め込んだ前記成形材料層が、2つの基板フィルムの間など、前記第1の基板と前記第2の基板の間に配置される、請求項9に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
- 前記歪みゲージと電気接続して配置された、前記第1の基板または前記第2の基板上の制御ユニットを含む、請求項9に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
- 前記歪みゲージを含む前記第1の基板が、3次元形状に形成されている、請求項9に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
- 前記歪みゲージが、前記第1の基板の第1の歪みゲージであり、前記歪みゲージ装置が、前記第2の基板上の、少なくとも部分的には前記第1の歪みゲージに対応する位置に印刷された少なくとも1つの第2の歪みゲージを含む、請求項9に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
- 前記歪みゲージが、加熱要素として使用されるように構成される、請求項9に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
- 前記歪みゲージ装置が、容量性感知装置をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
- 前記容量性感知装置が、第1のトリガ信号を提供するように構成され、前記歪みゲージの抵抗が、前記第1のトリガ信号に応答して監視されるように設定され、

- 第1の基板が、0.1マイクロオーム/m以上など高い固有抵抗を有することが好ましい金属を含み、前記歪みゲージ装置が、誘電体インクで誘電体層を印刷することなどによって形成された前記第1の基板上の絶縁層を含み、前記印刷歪みゲージが、前記絶縁層上にある、請求項9に記載の歪みゲージ装置。
