Description
次に、本実施形態の作用及び効果を説明する。
(1) 上述した実施形態では、加熱部として駆動部26を用いたが、これに限らず、金属部材14に電流を流して金属部材14に発生するジュール熱によって樹脂部材12を構成する熱可塑性樹脂を溶融可能なヒータを加熱部として用いてもよい。また、このような構成を用いる場合には、金属部材14の先端部14Dの形状を適宜変更してもよい。

Claims (3)
- 金属部材の軸部を保持可能とされると共に保持された状態の当該軸部の軸方向一方側に当該金属部材を押圧可能な保持部と、
熱可塑性樹脂部材を当該熱可塑性樹脂部材における前記軸方向一方側の面から支持可能な支持部と、
前記金属部材の一部を構成しかつ前記軸部の前記軸方向一方側に設けられた先端部における当該軸方向一方側の表面を前記熱可塑性樹脂部材を構成する熱可塑性樹脂が溶融可能な温度まで加熱可能な加熱部と、
前記保持部の外周側に設けられて前記軸方向から見て前記先端部と重なった状態で配置されると共に当該保持部に対して当該軸方向に相対移動可能とされた筒状のスリーブ部と、
前記スリーブ部の外周側に設けられて前記軸方向から見て内周側に前記金属部材が納まる筒状とされると共に前記スリーブ部に対して当該軸方向に相対移動可能とされて前記軸方向一方側の端部が前記熱可塑性樹脂部材の当該軸方向他方側の面に当接可能とされた外筒部と、
を有する接合装置。 - 前記金属部材と前記保持部との前記軸方向回りの相対回転を規制する規制部をさらに備えると共に、
前記加熱部は、前記先端部の前記軸方向一方側の面が前記熱可塑性樹脂部材に当接された状態で前記保持部を前記軸方向回りに回転又は揺動させて当該面と当該熱可塑性樹脂部材との摩擦によって当該面を加熱可能な駆動部とされている、
請求項1に記載の接合装置。 - 前記金属部材は、前記軸部の前記軸方向一方側でかつ前記先端部の当該軸方向他方側に設けられると共に前記スリーブ部で保持可能な被保持部をさらに備え、
前記被保持部には、前記軸方向に沿う被保持部側平面部が設けられ、
前記スリーブ部には、前記被保持部側平面部に当接されて当該スリーブ部と前記金属部材との前記軸方向回りの相対回転を規制可能なスリーブ側平面部が設けられると共に、
前記スリーブ部は、前記軸方向回りに回転可能とされている、
