Claims (7)
- 第1排気管(36)および第2排気管(37)からそれぞれ排ガスが供給される消音器(38)を備える消音器ユニット(26)であって、
前記第1排気管(36)に接続される内筒(41)と、
前記内筒(41)の下流端に接続されて、前記排ガスを放出する第1出口管(42)と、
内側に前記内筒(41)を収容し、前記内筒(41)の外面との間に前記第2排気管(37)に通じる膨張室(43c)を形成する外筒(44)と、
内側に前記第1出口管(44)を収容し、前記第1出口管(44)の外面との間に、前記膨張室(43c)に接続されて前記排ガスの放出に用いられる通路(45)を形成する第2出口管(46)と
を備えることを特徴とする消音器ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の消音器ユニットにおいて、前記第2出口管(46)には、内側の前記第1出口管(42)に向かって窪む凹部(58)が形成され、前記凹部(58)と前記第1出口管(42)の外周とが接続されることを特徴とする消音器ユニット。
- 請求項2に記載の消音器ユニットにおいて、前記凹部(58)は前記第2出口管(46)の周方向に複数あることを特徴とする消音器ユニット。
- 請求項2または3に記載の消音器ユニットにおいて、前記凹部(58)は前記膨張室(43c)内に配置されることを特徴とする消音器ユニット。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の消音器ユニットにおいて、前記第2出口管(46)と前記外筒(44)との間には前記膨張室(43c)から前記外筒(44)を隔てる仕切り壁(47)が配置されることを特徴とする消音器ユニット。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の消音器ユニットにおいて、前記内筒(41)は線形の円筒管で形成され、前記第1出口管(42)は、前記円筒管の下流端に嵌め合わせられて前記排ガスの流通方向に湾曲する湾曲管で形成されることを特徴とする消音器ユニット。
- 請求項6に記載の消音器ユニットにおいて、前記外筒(44)は、
前記内筒を支持する外筒本体(44a)と、
前記外筒本体(44a)の下流端に結合されて、前記第1出口管(42)および前記第2出口管(46)を支持するテールエンド体(44b)と
を備えることを特徴とする消音器ユニット。
