Abstract
Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1記載の発明において、前記樹脂部材の溶着端側には、外側に張り出すようにフランジが設けられており、前記溶着リブは、前記フランジ上の張出し方向の中間部に立ち上げられていることを要旨とする。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1又は2に記載の発明において、前記凸部は、前記溶着リブの内側壁の円弧方向の中央部に配置されていることを要旨とする。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、前記凸部は、前記溶着リブの内側壁の立ち上げの高さ方向にわたって設けられていることを要旨とする。
請求項5に記載の発明は、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、前記溶着リブの立ち上げ端側は、先細り状に形成されていることを要旨とする。
また、前記樹脂部材の溶着端側に、外側に張り出すようにフランジが設けられており、前記溶着リブが、前記フランジ上の張出し方向の中間部に立ち上げられている場合は、溶着リブの内側のバリ溜り空間の容積を更に大きく確保できるとともに、溶着リブの剛性が更に高められる。
また、前記凸部が、前記溶着リブの内側壁の円弧方向の中央部に配置されている場合は、溶着リブの内側のバリ溜り空間の容積を更に大きく確保できるとともに、溶着リブの剛性が更に高められる。
また、前記凸部が、前記溶着リブの内側壁の立ち上げの高さ方向にわたって設けられている場合は、溶着リブの内側のバリ溜り空間の容積を更に大きく確保できるとともに、溶着リブの剛性が更に高められる。
さらに、前記溶着リブの立ち上げ端側が先細り状に形成されている場合は、樹脂部材の溶着初期の溶着バリの発生量が抑制される。よって、溶着バリの内部空間内へのはみ出しを更に確実に抑制できる。
本実施例に係る樹脂製品Pは、図1及び図2に示すように、第1樹脂部材1と、第1樹脂部材1と溶着されて該第1樹脂部材1との間で内部空間3を形成する第2樹脂部材2と、を備えている。これら第1及び第2樹脂部材1、2は、開口を有するケース状に形成されている。また、内部空間3は、流体が流れる流路空間として利用される。そして、第1樹脂部材1には、第1溶着リブ構造5が備えられており、第2樹脂部材2には、第2溶着リブ構造6が備えられている。
本実施例に係る第1溶着リブ構造5では、図1及び図2に示すように、第1樹脂部材1の溶着端側には、その形状にならって溶着リブ11が立ち上げられている。具体的に、第1樹脂部材1の溶着端側には、外側に張り出すようにフランジ10が設けられており、溶着リブ11は、フランジ10上の張出し方向の中間部に配置されている。また、第1樹脂部材1の溶着端側は、平面方向に湾曲するコーナー部12を有している。
次に、上記構成の溶着リブ構造5、6の作用について説明する。第1樹脂部材1の溶着端側と第2樹脂部材2の溶着端側とを突き合わせて加圧した状態で、その加圧と直交する方向に第1及び第2樹脂部材1、2を相対的に振動させる。これにより、振動溶着により第1樹脂部材1と第2樹脂部材2が一体化されて樹脂製品Pが得られる。
本実施例の溶着リブ構造5、6によると、樹脂部材1、2の溶着端側には、その形状にならって溶着リブ11、21が立ち上げられており、樹脂部材1、2の溶着端側は、平面方向に湾曲するコーナー部12、22を有し、コーナー部12、22において、溶着リブ11、21の内側壁11a、21aは、樹脂部材1、2の溶着端側の内側面13、23を形成する円弧14、24の曲率半径r1より小さな曲率半径r2を持つ円弧状に形成されているとともに、コーナー部12、22の内側に向かって突出する凸部16、26を備える。これにより、樹脂部材1、2の溶着端側のコーナー部12、22において、溶着リブ11、21の内側のバリ溜り空間29の容積を大きく確保できるとともに、溶着リブ11、21の剛性が高められる。よって、溶着リブ11、21の内側で発生する溶着バリBの内部空間3内へのはみ出しを抑制できるとともに、樹脂製品Pに必要な耐圧強度を確保することができる。
Claims (5)
- 互いに溶着される第1樹脂部材及び第2樹脂部材のうちの少なくとも一方の樹脂部材に備えられる溶着リブ構造であって、
前記樹脂部材の溶着端側には、その形状にならって溶着リブが立ち上げられており、
前記樹脂部材の溶着端側は、平面方向に湾曲するコーナー部を有し、
前記コーナー部において、前記溶着リブの内側壁は、前記樹脂部材の溶着端側の内側面を形成する円弧の曲率半径より小さな曲率半径を持つ円弧状に形成されているとともに、前記コーナー部の内側に向かって突出する凸部を備えることを特徴とする溶着リブ構造。 - 前記樹脂部材の溶着端側には、外側に張り出すようにフランジが設けられており、
前記溶着リブは、前記フランジ上の張出し方向の中間部に立ち上げられている請求項1記載の溶着リブ構造。 - 前記凸部は、前記溶着リブの内側壁の円弧方向の中央部に配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の溶着リブ構造。
- 前記凸部は、前記溶着リブの内側壁の立ち上げの高さ方向にわたって設けられている請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の溶着リブ構造。
- 前記溶着リブの立ち上げ端側は、先細り状に形成されている請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の溶着リブ構造。
