Abstract
Description
上記の蓄電装置は、第2端部側が第2フレームに圧着されると共に、固定具によって第1フレームに固定されており、蓄電モジュールが延びるように変形することが抑制されている。このため、蓄電モジュールが延びることで生じる各種の弊害が生じることを抑制することができる。
図1は、車両1を模式的に示す模式図である。車両1は、車両本体2と、駆動装置3と、蓄電装置4と、前輪5と、後輪6とを備える。前輪5は、車両1の前後方向Dの中央よりも前方に設けられており、後輪6は前後方向Dの中央よりも後方に設けられている。
(実施の形態2)
図11などを用いて、実施のの形態2に係る蓄電装置4について説明する。図11は、車両本体2に設けられた骨格フレーム100の一部を示す平面図である。骨格フレーム100は、サイドメンバ101,102と、クロスメンバ103,104,105,106,107,108と、センターメンバー109と、アンダーカバー110とを含む。
図13などを用いて、本実施の形態3に係る蓄電装置150について説明する。図13は、蓄電装置150を模式的に示す斜視図である。なお、図13においては、内部構成を可視化するために、一部の構成が省略されている。蓄電装置150は、収容ケース151と、蓄電ユニット152とを含む。
Claims (5)
- 間隔をあけて配置された第1フレームおよび第2フレームの間に配置されており、配列する複数の蓄電セルを含む少なくとも1つの蓄電モジュールと、
固定具と、
を備え、
前記固定具は、前記蓄電モジュールを前記第1フレームに固定しており、
前記蓄電モジュールは、前記第2フレームに圧着されている、蓄電装置。 - 間隔をあけて配置された第1フレームおよび第2フレームと、
前記第1フレームおよび前記第2フレームの間に配置されており、配列する複数の蓄電セルを含む少なくとも1つの蓄電モジュールと、
固定具と、
を備え、
前記蓄電モジュールは、前記第1フレーム側の第1部分と、前記第2フレーム側の第2部分とを含み、
前記固定具は、前記第1部分および前記第2部分において、前記第1部分のみに設けられ、
前記固定具は、前記蓄電モジュールを前記第1フレームに固定している、蓄電装置。 - 前記第2部分は、前記第2フレームに圧着されている、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記複数の蓄電セルは、前記第1フレームおよび前記第2フレームが配列する配列方向に配列しており、
前記蓄電モジュールは、前記複数の蓄電セルが前記配列方向に配列した状態となるように、前記複数の蓄電セルを拘束する拘束具を含み、
前記拘束具は、前記配列方向に変形するように形成された、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電モジュールは、複数設けられており、
複数の前記蓄電モジュールは、第1蓄電モジュールおよび第2蓄電モジュールを含み、
前記第1蓄電モジュールおよび前記第2蓄電モジュールを電気的に接続するバスバーをさらに備え、
前記バスバーは、前記第1フレーム側に位置する前記第1蓄電モジュールの端部側と、前記第1フレーム側に位置する前記第2蓄電モジュールの端部側とを接続するように設けられた、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。
