Claims (3)
- 鉄道車両において中心ピンと台車とを接続する牽引装置に用いられる弾性ブッシュ装置であって、
前記台車に支持される外筒と、
前記中心ピンが嵌入され、前記外筒の径方向内側に距離をとって配置され、前記外筒に対して上側にずれて配置された内筒と、
前記内筒と前記外筒との間に挟まれた弾性体と、を備え、
前記内筒の前記弾性体に対向する外周面は下方に向けて傾斜し、かつ、前記外筒の前記弾性体に対向する内周面は上方に向けて傾斜し、
前記弾性体は、前記内筒側の面が前記外筒側の面に対して上側にずれた形状を有する、牽引装置の弾性ブッシュ装置。 - 前記内筒は、前記中心ピンに対して相対回転不能となるように前記中心ピンと係合する係合部を有する、請求項1に記載の牽引装置の弾性ブッシュ装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の牽引装置の弾性ブッシュ装置と、
前記弾性ブッシュ装置を支持する内周面が形成された中心ピン受を有する台車枠と、を備え、
前記弾性ブッシュ装置の前記外筒は、前記中心ピン受に直接嵌入されており、
前記中心ピン受には、前記内周面から中心に向けて突出した突出部が前記中心ピン受の内周面と連続的に形成されており、
前記中心ピン受の前記内周面のうち前記突出部の上方に位置する支持周面が、前記外筒の外周面を水平方向に支持し、前記突出部の上面である支持底面が、前記外筒の下端を下方から支持している、鉄道車両用台車。
