Claims (24)
- 各々が第1領域及び第2領域を有する複数の画素を含む基板;
前記第1領域に形成され、第1電極と、第2電極と、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極の間に配置された有機発光層を含む有機発光素子;及び、
前記第2領域に配置されて異物を捕集する異物捕集部材を含む有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記異物捕集部材厚は、0.5μm〜10μmである、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記異物捕集部材の全体面積は、前記第2領域の面積の1/3以下である、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記異物捕集部材の幅は、1μm〜数十μmである、請求項3に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1領域は、前記発光素子が発光する発光領域であり、前記第2領域は、外部の事物が透明に表示される透過領域である、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記異物捕集部材は、前記透過領域の外郭領域の少なくとも一側に沿って配置される、請求項5に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1領域は、画像が表示される表示領域であり、前記第2領域は、画像が表示されない画像非表示領域である、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1領域には、異なる面積の赤(R)、緑(G)、青(B)サブ画素が配置されるが、前記第2領域には、サブ画素が配置されない、請求項7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記異物捕集部材は、前記画像非表示領域の外郭領域の少なくとも一側に沿って配置される、請求項8に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記異物捕集部材は、強磁性物質で構成された、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記強磁性物質は、酸化物系強磁性物質又は窒化物系強磁性物質である、請求項10に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記基板の外郭領域に配置され、電流が印加される電場印加パッド;及び、
前記異物捕集部材をと前記電場印加パッドと連結する連結配線をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記電場印加パッドは、フローティング状態であるかグラインディングされる、請求項12に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記有機発光素子は、上部発光型である、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記有機発光素子は、下部発光型である、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 各々が第1領域と第2領域とを有する複数の画素を含む基板を準備する段階;
前記基板の前記第1領域に駆動薄膜トランジスタを形成する段階;
前記基板の第1領域に前記駆動薄膜トランジスタと連結される第1電極を形成して、前記第2領域に異物捕集部材を形成する段階;及び、
前記第1領域及び前記第2領域に有機発光層と第2電極とを堆積するとともに、前記異物捕集部材に磁場を印加することによって、前記有機発光層と前記第2電極に含まれる異物を捕集する段階、を含む、有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記異物捕集部材を形成する段階は、強磁性物質を堆積してエッチングする段階を含む、請求項16に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記異物を捕集する段階は、前記基板の外郭領域に配置された電場印加パッドを介して前記異物捕集部材に前記磁場を印加する段階を含む、請求項16に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記基板をグラインディングして前記電場印加パッドを除去する段階をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記第1領域は、発光素子が発光する発光領域であり、前記第2領域は、外部の物体が透明に表示される透過領域である、請求項16に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記異物捕集部材は、前記透過領域の外郭領域の少なくとも一側に沿って配置される、請求項20に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記第1領域は、画像が表示される表示領域であり、前記第2領域は、画像が表示されない画像非表示領域である、請求項20に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記第1領域には、異なる面積の赤(R)、緑(G)、青(B)サブ画素が配置されるが、前記第2領域には、サブ画素が配置されない、請求項22に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記異物捕集部材は、前記画像非表示領域の外郭領域の少なくとも一側に沿って配置される、請求項20に記載の有機電界発光表示装置の製造方法。
