Claims (20)
- 第1方向に沿って配置された第1、第2、第3発光部と第1および第2透明部を含む画素が定義された基板と、
前記第1、第2、第3発光部のそれぞれに備えられ、第1電極と発光層および第2電極を含む発光ダイオードと、
前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に沿って延び前記第2電極と電気的に連結される補助電極を含み、
前記第2透明部は前記第1発光部と前記第2発光部の間に位置する第1部分および前記第1発光部と前記画素に隣接する別の画素の第1透明部の間に位置する第2部分を含み、前記第1発光部と前記補助電極は前記第1透明部と前記第2透明部の前記第2部分の間に位置し、
前記第1発光部は前記第1部分および前記第2部分の間に配置され、
前記第1透明部は前記第2透明部より高い透過率を有し、平面視において前記第1透明部は前記第2透明部よりも大きい、透明表示装置。 - 前記第1発光部の発光層は前記第2透明部まで延びる、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記補助電極は前記第2透明部と前記第2発光部の間に位置する、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第2発光部は前記第1発光部より大きく、前記第3発光部より小さい面積を有する、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記補助電極は前記第1部分および前記第2発光部の間、または前記第1部分および前記第2部分の間に配置される、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第2方向に沿って前記第2部分の長さが前記第1部分の長さより長い、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 第1、第2、第3開口部と補助コンタクトホールを有するバンクをさらに含み、
前記第1開口部は前記第1発光部と前記第2透明部に対応し、前記第2開口部は前記第1透明部に対応し、前記第3開口部は前記第2および第3発光部のそれぞれに対応し、前記補助コンタクトホールは前記補助電極に対応する、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記バンクは親水性の第1バンクと疏水性の第2バンクを含む、請求項7に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第1バンクと前記第2バンクは一体に形成される、請求項8に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第2方向に沿って隣接した発光部の発光層は互いに連結されて一体に形成される、請求項7に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記基板と前記第1電極の間に少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスタをさらに含み、前記第1電極は前記少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスタと連結される、請求項1~請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第1電極と同一物質で同一層に形成される連結パターンをさらに含み、
前記第2電極は前記連結パターンを通じて前記補助電極と電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記補助電極は前記第1発光部と重なる、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記基板と前記第1電極の間に少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスタをさらに含み、前記第1発光部の第1電極と連結される前記少なくとも一つの薄膜トランジスタは前記第2発光部または前記第3発光部に位置する、請求項13に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第1バンクは前記第2方向に沿って隣接した同じ色の副画素の間に位置し、前記第2バンクは隣接した互いに異なる色の副画素の間に位置する、請求項8に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第1部分および前記第2部分は前記第1バンクと重なる、請求項8に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記補助電極は前記第1方向に沿った第1透明領域よりも幅が狭い、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第1部分は、平面視において前記第1発光部よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記発光層は、湾曲した上面を有する部分を含み、前記第1部分および前記第2部分は湾曲した上面を有する前記部分に対応する、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
- 前記第1発光部、前記第2発光部、および前記第3発光部は前記第1方向に沿って順次配置され、
前記第1発光部および前記第2発光部の間の距離が、前記第2発光部および前記第3発光部の距離よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。
