Abstract
Description
ノーマル状態における車両の駆動装置1では、図2(a)に示されるように、ブレーキBRが完全締結状態となることによって、第2遊星歯車機構PG2のリングギヤR2がケース10に対して固定される。この状態で、ディファレンシャル機構Dと繋がるキャリアC2からの出力が、サンギヤS2を介して、第1遊星歯車機構PG1のキャリアC1に入力される。第1遊星歯車機構PG1のリングギヤR1は、ケース10に固定されているため、キャリアC1に入力された駆動力は、サンギヤS1を介してモータMに入力される。前述のように、蓄電装置40は、モータ(ジェネレータ)Mで発電された電力を充電可能な状態であるため、モータMにサンギヤS1から駆動力が入力されると、回生トルクがモータMに生じる。その結果、駆動輪W1、W2の回転が有効に減速する。
走行停止状態における車両の駆動装置1では、ロック機構PLによってディファレンシャル機構Dがロックされる。それに伴い、図2(b)に示されるように、第2遊星歯車機構PG2のキャリアC2が固定される。ディファレンシャル機構Dがロックされた後、モータMを回転させる。図2(b)に示されるように、モータMからの出力が、第1遊星歯車機構PG1のキャリアC1を介して第2遊星歯車機構PG2に伝達されても、ディファレンシャル機構Dに繋がるキャリアC2は固定されていることで、サンギヤS2とリングギヤR2のみが回転する。すなわち、モータMの回転が、ディファレンシャル機構Dを介して車軸L2、L3(駆動輪W1、W2)に伝達されない。そのため、モータMを空転させることが可能となる。これにより、蓄電装置40の電力を消費させ、充電可能状態に蓄電装置40を戻すことができる。
下り坂走行状態における車両の駆動装置1では、図2(c)に示されるように、ブレーキBRを制動力(抵抗)を付与した状態での回転許容状態(スリップ状態)とすることによって、第2遊星歯車機構PG2のリングギヤR2に制動力が付与される。リングギヤR2に制動力が付与されることで、リングギヤR2に接続されるキャリアC2及びディファレンシャル機構Dに減速トルクが作用し、駆動輪W1、W2の回転が減速する。これにより、下り坂を走行している車両に制動力を付与することができる。

Claims (4)
- 駆動源としての電動機と、
前記電動機に接続された第1遊星歯車機構と、
前記第1遊星歯車機構に接続された第2遊星歯車機構と、
前記第2遊星歯車機構から駆動輪に繋がる動力伝達部材と、
を備える車両の駆動装置であって、
前記第1遊星歯車機構のリングギヤ又は前記第2遊星歯車機構のリングギヤを固定側の部材と係脱可能に連結するブレーキと、
前記動力伝達部材をロックすることが可能なロック機構と、を備える
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動装置。 - 前記電動機の回転軸と前記第1遊星歯車機構のサンギヤとが連結され、
前記第1遊星歯車機構のキャリアと前記第二遊星歯車機構のサンギヤとが連結され、
前記第2遊星歯車機構のキャリアと前記動力伝達部材とが連結されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記電動機との間で電力の授受が可能な蓄電装置と、
少なくとも、前記電動機、前記ブレーキ、前記ロック機構を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記蓄電装置の充電量が所定値以上であるか否かを判定し、
充電量が所定値以上であると判定する場合、前記駆動輪が回転しているか否かを判定し、
前記駆動輪が回転していないと判定する場合、前記動力伝達部材をロックするよう前記ロック機構を制御すると共に、前記第2遊星歯車機構の前記リングギヤの回転を許容するよう前記ブレーキを制御し、更に、前記モータを駆動するよう制御し、
駆動輪が回転していると判定する場合、前記リングギヤに制動力を付与した状態で回転を許容するよう前記ブレーキを制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両の駆動装置。 - 前記制御部は、
シフト操作装置で選択されたシフトポジションが、パーキングポジションにあるか否かを判定し、
パーキングポジションであると判定する場合、前記リングギヤの回転を許容するよう前記ブレーキを制御すると共に、前記モータを駆動するよう制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動装置。
