Description
図1に本発明の車両の制御装置を適用したハイブリッド車両の概略構成を示す。図1の例は、機械分配式2モータ型と称されるハイブリッド車両であり、エンジン(内燃機関)1、第1のモータジェネレータMG1、第2のモータジェネレータMG2、動力分配機構20、を備える。動力源に相当するエンジン1と、第1のモータジェネレータMG1とが動力分配機構20に連結されている。動力分配機構20の駆動軸3には、駆動軸3のトルク(駆動トルク)又はブレーキ力のアシストを行うための動力源である第2のモータジェネレータMG2が連結されている。第2のモータジェネレータMG2はMG2変速部6を介して駆動軸3と接続されている。さらに、駆動軸3は最終減速機8を介して左右の駆動輪9に連結されている。第1のモータジェネレータMG1と第2のモータジェネレータMG2とは、バッテリ、インバータ、又は適宜のコントローラ(図2参照)を介して、もしくは直接的に電気的に接続され、第1のモータジェネレータMG1で生じた電力で第2のモータジェネレータMG2を駆動するように構成されている。
次に、本実施形態に係る車両の制御方法について説明する。
ECU4は、HVバッテリ33のSOCと出力制限値に基づいて、出力制限割合δを求め、出力制限割合δに基づいて、駆動トルクの低下量εを求める。そして、ECU4は、駆動トルクの低下量εに基づいて、時間γの補正量を求める。
次に、本実施形態に係る車両の制御方法について、図6に示すフローチャートを用いて説明する。図6は、本実施形態に係る車両の制御処理について示すフローチャートである。
次に、上述の実施形態に係る車両の制御装置の変形例について説明する。上述の実施形態では、ブレーキ部7により回転軸29を固定することで固定変速モードが実現されるハイブリッド車両に対して本発明の車両の制御装置を適用する例を示したが、これに限られるものではない。この代わりに、例えば、第1のモータジェネレータMG1のモータ軸の回転をロックすることにより固定変速モードを実現するハイブリッド車両や、固定変速モードとして複数の変速比で変速可能な固定変速機構を備える、いわゆるマルチモードタイプのハイブリッド車両にも本発明の車両の制御装置を適用することができるのは言うまでもない。これらのハイブリッド車両においても、高速定常走行時に固定変速モードに切り換えることで、動力循環を防ぎ燃費を低減することができる。

Claims (5)
- 変速モードとして、動力源の回転数と駆動軸の回転数との回転数比が連続的に変化する無段変速モードと、前記回転数比が固定となる固定変速モードとを有する車両に適用される車両の制御装置であって、
前記動力源の出力トルクを制御することにより、前記駆動軸の駆動トルクが所定値から目標値に到達するまでの到達時間を、無段変速モードの場合と固定変速モードの場合とで一致させる制御手段を備えることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、固定変速モードの場合には、前記動力源の出力トルクを制御することにより、前記到達時間を所定時間遅延させる請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記動力源に供給するエネルギーを蓄積することが可能なエネルギー蓄積手段を有し、
前記制御手段は、前記エネルギー蓄積手段より前記動力源に供給可能なエネルギー量を検出し、検出された供給可能なエネルギー量に基づいて、前記所定時間を変更する請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 内燃機関及びモータジェネレータを前記動力源として有し、無段変速モードと固定変速モードとの間で変速モードを切り換え可能に構成されたハイブリッド車両に適用される請求項1乃至3に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 第1のモータジェネレータと、前記内燃機関及び前記第1のモータジェネレータが連結された動力分配機構と、前記駆動軸に接続された第2のモータジェネレータと、前記動力分配機構の回転要素に連結されたブレーキと、を有し、
前記ブレーキを解放した状態では、前記内燃機関の出力トルクの反力が前記第1のモータジェネレータにより出力される無段変速モードが実行され、前記ブレーキを固定した状態では、前記動力分配機構の回転要素が固定され、前記第1のモータジェネレータにより出力される反力の影響を受けることなく前記内燃機関の出力トルクが前記駆動軸に伝達される固定変速モードが実行されるハイブリッド車両に適用される請求項1乃至4に記載の車両の制御装置。
