Claims (13)
- 内部に空の挿入溝を備えて、反対側でおお互いに向かい合っている位置に位置する一対の結合孔を備えているポイントボディー;及び
上記の一対の結合孔にそれぞれ挿入されて、ユニットボディーと上記のユニットボディーから突出されている突起を備える一対の連結ユニットを含めて、
上記のポイントボディーは各結合孔の中に位置し、上記の突起の回転動作を案内するガイド部;
挿入された連結ユニットの位置を固定する固定部;
上記の固定部を上記のポイントボディーの内部面の間に位置して、上記の固定部により囲まれている緩衝部;及び
上記の固定部と緩衝部が位置する支持台を含む掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。 - 上記のガイド部は位置で関係なく同じ厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
- 上記のガイド部は上記の支持台側に向かうほど厚さが増加する、請求項1に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
- 上記の固定部は上記の支持台の外部に突出されている部分を含む、請求項1に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
- 上記の緩衝部は弾性材料で構成されている、請求項1に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
- 上記の固定部は直方体の形状を有しており、上記の緩衝部は「コ」の形状を有しており、
上記の固定部は上記の緩衝部を囲む、請求項1に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。 - 上記の連結ユニットは、
円形の平面形状を有する上部面;
上記の上部面の下部に位置する第1ないし第3平坦面部と隣接する二つの平坦面部の間に位置して上記の突起が突出されている曲面部を備えている側面;及び
上記の側面に連結されている下部面を含む請求項1に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。 - 上記の側面は上部面と上記の第2及び第3平坦面部の間に円形部をさらに含む請求項7に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
- 上記の第1ないし第3平坦面部はそれぞれ上記の円形部から下部面まで切削されている切削面である請求項8に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
- 上記の第1ないし第3平坦面部の中の一部は上記の円形部から上記の下部面まで切削されている切削面であって、残りの平坦面部は上記の円形部から上記の下部面の前まで切削されている切削面である請求項8に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
- 上記の結合孔に上記の連結ユニットが挿入される際に、上記の第1ないし第3平坦面部のいずれかが上記の固定部と接するように挿入されて、
上記の結合孔に挿入された上記の連結ユニットの回転が、上記の固定部に向かっての回転が完了すると、上記の第1ないし第3平坦面部の中の他の一つが上記の固定部と接する請求項7に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。 - 該当の結合孔にそれぞれ挿入された一対の連結ユニットはおお互いに上記の挿入溝の内でおお互いに離隔されている請求項7に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
- 各連結ユニットの上部面は多角形の溝を含む、請求項7に記載の掘削機のバケット用のトゥース。
