Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の態様は、一次側コイル及び二次側コイルを含む絶縁トランスと、入力された直流電力を交流電力に変換して前記一次側コイルに出力するフルブリッジ回路と、前記二次側コイルから入力される交流電力を直流電力に変換して出力する出力回路と、前記出力回路が出力する電圧に基づいて位相シフト方式により前記フルブリッジ回路を制御する制御回路と、を備え、前記制御回路は、前記出力回路が出力する電圧及び電流の少なくとも一方から求まる位相シフト量の計測値が、電流連続モードを仮定した場合の位相シフト量の理論値よりも小さい場合に、前記計測値と前記理論値との差に応じて前記フルブリッジ回路のデッドタイムを長くする、スイッチング電源装置である。
本発明の第2の態様は、上記した本発明の第1の態様において、前記制御回路は、前記フルブリッジ回路に入力される入力電圧と前記出力回路が出力する出力電圧とに基づいて、位相シフト量の前記理論値を算出する、スイッチング電源装置である。
本発明の第3の態様は、上記した本発明の第2の態様において、前記制御回路は、前記入力電圧及び前記出力電圧に加え、前記フルブリッジ回路を制御する発振周期に基づいて、位相シフト量の前記理論値を算出する、スイッチング電源装置である。
本発明の第4の態様は、上記した本発明の第3の態様において、位相シフト量の前記理論値は、前記出力電圧をVOUT、前記入力電圧をVIN、前記発振周期をT、前記一次側コイルの巻き数をNP、前記二次側コイルの巻き数をNSとした場合に、K1、K2を所定のパラメータとして次式により算出される、スイッチング電源装置である。
本発明の第5の態様は、上記した本発明の第2乃至4のいずれかの態様において、前記制御回路は、前記フルブリッジ回路に入力される入力電流、前記出力回路が出力する出力電流、前記出力電圧、及び変換効率から前記入力電圧を算出する、スイッチング電源装置である。

Claims (5)
- 一次側コイル及び二次側コイルを含む絶縁トランスと、
入力された直流電力を交流電力に変換して前記一次側コイルに出力するフルブリッジ回路と、
前記二次側コイルから入力される交流電力を直流電力に変換して出力する出力回路と、
前記出力回路が出力する電圧に基づいて位相シフト方式により前記フルブリッジ回路を制御する制御回路と、を備え、
前記制御回路は、前記出力回路が出力する電圧及び電流の少なくとも一方から求まる位相シフト量の計測値が、電流連続モードを仮定した場合の位相シフト量の理論値よりも小さい場合に、前記計測値と前記理論値との差に応じて前記フルブリッジ回路のデッドタイムを長くする、スイッチング電源装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記フルブリッジ回路に入力される入力電圧と前記出力回路が出力する出力電圧とに基づいて、位相シフト量の前記理論値を算出する、請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記入力電圧及び前記出力電圧に加え、前記フルブリッジ回路を制御する発振周期に基づいて、位相シフト量の前記理論値を算出する、請求項2に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記フルブリッジ回路に入力される入力電流、前記出力回路が出力する出力電流、前記出力電圧、及び変換効率から前記入力電圧を算出する、請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載のスイッチング電源装置。
