Claims (4)
- 融点の異なる低融点金属と高融点金属を溶接して接合する際に、前記高融点金属を加熱機で予め加熱し、
次に、前記高融点金属を加熱したままの状態で、前記低融点金属が溶融する熱量に合わせて前記低融点金属と前記高融点金属との溶接を行うことを特徴とする異種金属の溶接方法。 - 請求項1記載の異種金属の溶接方法であって、
前記高融点金属を該高融点金属の融点と前記低融点金属の融点の温度差分の熱量になるように加熱して、前記低融点金属と前記高融点金属とをレーザビームの照射によりレーザ溶接することを特徴とする異種金属の溶接方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の異種金属の溶接方法であって、
前記高融点金属を前記加熱機で加熱する際に、前記低融点金属を離しておいて熱伝導を防ぎ、その後、前記高融点金属に接するように前記低融点金属を設置すると同時に前記レーザビームの照射によりレーザ溶接することを特徴とする異種金属の溶接方法。 - 請求項1または2記載の異種金属の溶接方法であって、
前記高融点金属を前記加熱機で加熱する際に、前記低融点金属に放熱板を設置して、加熱された前記高融点金属から伝わってくる熱を放熱することを特徴とする異種金属の溶接方法。
