Abstract
Description
燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンクから吸気路を通して燃料が供給されるエンジンと、
前記燃料タンクからの蒸散燃料を吸着するキャニスタと、
蒸散燃料を前記吸気路に供給する案内管と、
前記案内管における蒸散燃料の通流状態を制御する制御弁とが備えられ、
前記キャニスタ及び前記制御弁が、支持部材に一体的に取付けられ、且つ、前記支持部材が車体固定部に支持されている点にある。
前記案内管は、前記燃料タンクと前記キャニスタとを接続する導入側案内管と、前記キャニスタと前記吸気路とを接続する排出側案内管とからなり、
前記導入側案内管に、
前記燃料タンクの上面における車体前後方向及び車体左右方向に位置が異なる箇所に一端側が接続され且つ他端側が合流接続される二股状管路部分と、前記二股状管路部分の合流部と前記キャニスタとを接続する合流側管路部分とが備えられ、
前記二股状管路部分及び前記合流側管路部分を通して蒸散燃料が前記キャニスタに供給されるように構成され、
前記合流側管路部分が、前記合流部に対して接続分離自在に構成されていると好適である。
尚、本実施形態での説明における前後方向及び左右方向は、特段の説明がない限り、次のように記載している。つまり、図1における矢印Fで示す方向が「前側」、図1における矢印Bで示す方向が「後側」、図4における矢印Rで示す方向が「右側」、図4における矢印Lで示す方向が「左側」である。
図1に作業車の一例としての多目的車両が示されている。この多目的車両は、荷の運搬やレクリエーション等の多様な目的に使用可能な車両として構成されている。この作業車は、走行車体に、駆動可能且つ操向操作可能な左右一対の前車輪1と、駆動可能な左右一対の後車輪2とを備え、走行車体の中央部には、運転者が搭乗して運転操作を行う運転部3が備えられ、走行車体の後部には、荷を積載可能、且つ、ダンプ操作可能な荷台4が備えられている。荷台4の下方に、原動部5が備えられている。
次に、吸気装置21について説明する。
図3,4に示されるように、吸気装置21には、エンジン14に導入される燃焼用空気が通流する吸気路26を構成する吸気管27、空気を除塵処理するエアークリーナ28、吸気音の消音を行うレゾネータ29、エンジン14に対する燃焼用空気の供給量を変更調節するスロットルバルブ30、吸気路26をエンジン14の各気筒に分岐させる吸気分岐部31等が備えられている。
図1,3,4に示すように、運転座席9の下方空間のうち右側箇所であって且つエンジン14の右側箇所に位置する状態で燃料タンク35が備えられている。燃料タンク35は、平面視で前後方向に幅広で且つ横方向に幅狭に形成されている。燃料タンク35内の燃料は、燃料供給路36を通して図示しない燃料噴射装置(インジェクタ)によって吸気路に噴射され、エンジン14の気筒内の燃焼室に供給される。
(1)上記実施形態では、吸気路26のうちスロットルバルブ30の設置箇所よりも吸気流動方向下手側箇所に蒸散燃料を供給する構成としたが、スロットルバルブ30の設置箇所よりも吸気流動方向上手側箇所に蒸散燃料を供給するようにしてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンクから吸気路を通して燃料が供給されるエンジンと、
前記燃料タンクからの蒸散燃料を吸着するキャニスタと、
蒸散燃料を前記吸気路に供給する案内管と、
前記案内管における蒸散燃料の通流状態を制御する制御弁とが備えられ、
前記キャニスタ及び前記制御弁が、支持部材に一体的に取付けられ、且つ、前記支持部材が車体固定部に支持されている作業車。 - 前記案内管が、前記吸気路のうちスロットルバルブ設置箇所よりも吸気流動方向下手側箇所に蒸散燃料を供給する請求項1に記載の作業車。
- 前記案内管は、前記燃料タンクと前記キャニスタとを接続する導入側案内管と、前記キャニスタと前記吸気路とを接続する排出側案内管とからなり、
前記導入側案内管に、
前記燃料タンクの上面における車体前後方向及び車体左右方向に位置が異なる箇所に一端側が接続され且つ他端側が合流接続される二股状管路部分と、前記二股状管路部分の合流部と前記キャニスタとを接続する合流側管路部分とが備えられ、
前記二股状管路部分及び前記合流側管路部分を通して蒸散燃料が前記キャニスタに供給されるように構成され、
前記合流側管路部分が、前記合流部に対して接続分離自在に構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の作業車。
