図1は電子機器に適用されるコイル電子部品の例を概略的に示す図である。
以下、本発明のコイル電子部品について説明するにあたって、便宜上、インダクタ(Inductor)の構造を例に挙げて説明するが、前述したように、他の様々な用途のコイル電子部品にも本実施形態で提案するコイル電子部品を適用できることは言うまでもない。

Claims (11)
- コイル部が内設された本体と、
前記コイル部に接続された外部電極とを含み、
前記本体は、
絶縁体に磁性粒子が分散した形態を有する複数の磁性部と、
前記複数の磁性部間に配置された1つ以上の絶縁部とを含む、コイル電子部品。 - 前記絶縁部は、前記複数の磁性部のそれぞれの一面にコーティングされた形態である、請求項1に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記絶縁部は、原子層蒸着層である、請求項2に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記絶縁部は、アルミナからなる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記絶縁部の厚さは、100nm以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記コイル部は、中央に磁性コアを備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記絶縁部は、前記磁性コアの方向に凹んだ形状である、請求項6に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記絶縁部は、前記コイル部に備えられたコイルパターンに接触している形態である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記コイル部は、前記コイル部に備えられたコイルパターンの表面に形成されたコーティング層を含み、前記絶縁部は、前記コーティング層に接触している形態である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記絶縁体は、絶縁性樹脂である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記磁性粒子は、Fe系合金からなる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
