上に堆積された少なくとも1つの分散剤を有する一次粒子を含み、懸濁液熱溶射プロセスで使用するための液体担体と組み合わされた場合に均質で安定な懸濁液をもたらす、上記組成物。

前記一次粒子は凝集粒子及び/または非凝集粒子である、請求項1に記載の組成物。

前記一次粒子はサイズが最大約10ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。

前記一次粒子はサイズが最大約2ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
[請求項5]
前記一次粒子はサイズが最大約0.1ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
[請求項6]
前記一次粒子はサイズが約0.1〜約1ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。

前記一次粒子は、アルミニウム、ジルコニウム、チタン、クロム、マンガンコバルト、イットリウム、ランタン、ランタンストロンチウム、マンガン、マンガンコバルト鉄、ジスプロシウムの酸化物と、チタン、タンタル、タングステン、クロム、バナジウム、ニッケルの炭化物と、ランタンストロンチウムマンガナイト、純金属及び/またはニッケル、コバルト鉄、クロム、アルミニウム、銅をベースとする合金と、フッ化イットリウム、ランタンストロンチウムコバルトフェライト、ジルコニアガドリニアイッテルビアイットリア、ガドリニウムジルコネート、ランタンストロンチウムマガネート、ランタンストロンチウムコバルトフェライトと、マグネシア、カルシア、ジスプロシア、イットリア、セリア、イッテルビアで安定化されたジルコニアと、イッテルビウムジルコネート、ストロンチウム、及びそれらの混合物及び/または複合物と、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。

前記分散剤は、ポリマー塩、無機塩、非イオン性有機化合物、及び/またはpH調整により分散効果を生じる酸もしくは塩基である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
[請求項9]
前記分散剤は、2‐[2‐(2‐メトキシエトキシ)エトキシ]酢酸である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
[請求項10]
前記分散剤が、最大約10重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
[請求項11]
前記分散剤が、最大約5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
[請求項12]
前記分散剤が、約0.1重量%〜約1重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
[請求項13]
前記粉末組成物が、その上に堆積した結合剤をさらに含有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
[請求項14]
結合剤は、ポリビニルアルコールである、請求項13に記載の組成物。
[請求項15]
前記結合剤が、最大約5重量%の量で存在する、請求項13に記載の組成物。

前記液体担体は、水、アセトン、メチルアルコール、エチルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール、エチレングリコール、ヘキサン、及び/またはオクタンのうちの1つ以上である、請求項1に記載の組成物。

Claims (21)
- 懸濁液熱溶射コーティングプロセスにおける使用のために適合された粉末組成物であって、
上に堆積された少なくとも1つの分散剤を有する一次粒子を含み、懸濁液熱溶射プロセスで使用するための液体担体と組み合わされた場合に均質で安定な懸濁液をもたらす、上記組成物。 - 前記一次粒子は凝集粒子及び/または非凝集粒子である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記一次粒子はサイズが最大約10ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記一次粒子はサイズが最大約2ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記一次粒子はサイズが最大約0.1ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記一次粒子はサイズが約0.1〜約1ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記一次粒子は、アルミニウム、ジルコニウム、チタン、クロム、マンガンコバルト、イットリウム、ランタン、ランタンストロンチウム、マンガン、マンガンコバルト鉄、ジスプロシウムの酸化物と、チタン、タンタル、タングステン、クロム、バナジウム、ニッケルの炭化物と、ランタンストロンチウムマンガナイト、純金属及び/またはニッケル、コバルト鉄、クロム、アルミニウム、銅をベースとする合金と、フッ化イットリウム、ランタンストロンチウムコバルトフェライト、ジルコニアガドリニアイッテルビアイットリア、ガドリニウムジルコネート、ランタンストロンチウムマガネート、ランタンストロンチウムコバルトフェライトと、マグネシア、カルシア、ジスプロシア、イットリア、セリア、イッテルビアで安定化されたジルコニアと、イッテルビウムジルコネート、ストロンチウム、及びそれらの混合物及び/または複合物と、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
