Claims (10)
- 太陽電池セルの受光面に配列されたフィンガー電極とタブ線とを接着剤フィルムを用いて接続する太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記太陽電池セルの前記受光面には、前記フィンガー電極間を結ぶバスバー電極が設けられておらず、
前記フィンガー電極上の前記タブ線の配置領域に、前記接着剤フィルムを介して前記タブ線を配置し、
熱風を供給する熱風供給部に前記タブ線の線幅よりも広い幅の加圧部材を配置し、前記熱風供給部による熱風の供給を行いながら、前記加圧部材によって前記タブ線の配置領域に1.0MPa以下の圧力を付与して前記タブ線を熱圧着することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 太陽電池セルの受光面に配列されたフィンガー電極とタブ線とを接着剤フィルムを用いて接続する太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記太陽電池セルの前記受光面には、前記フィンガー電極間を結ぶバスバー電極が前記接着剤フィルムの幅よりも狭い幅で設けられており、
前記バスバー電極上の前記タブ線の配置領域に、前記接着剤フィルムを介して前記タブ線を配置し、
熱風を供給する熱風供給部に前記タブ線の線幅よりも広い幅の加圧部材を配置し、前記熱風供給部による熱風の供給を行いながら、前記加圧部材によって前記タブ線の配置領域に1.0MPa以下の圧力を付与して前記タブ線を熱圧着することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 太陽電池セルの受光面に配列されたフィンガー電極とタブ線とを接着剤フィルムを用いて接続する太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記太陽電池セルの前記受光面には、前記フィンガー電極間を結ぶバスバー電極が前記接着剤フィルムの幅よりも狭い幅で前記受光面の端部側のみに設けられており、
前記受光面の中央側に位置する前記フィンガー電極上の前記タブ線の配置領域に、前記バスバー電極に少なくとも一部が重なるように前記接着剤フィルムを介して前記タブ線を配置し、
熱風を供給する熱風供給部に前記タブ線の線幅よりも広い幅の加圧部材を配置し、前記熱風供給部による熱風の供給を行いながら、前記加圧部材によって前記タブ線の配置領域に1.0MPa以下の圧力を付与して前記タブ線を熱圧着することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記タブ線を前記受光面上の全ての前記フィンガー電極に跨るように配置することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記フィンガー電極の厚さが10μm〜30μmであり、幅が5μm〜90μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記フィンガー電極の厚さと前記接着剤フィルムの厚さとの比が1:5〜6:5の範囲となっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記バスバー電極の幅が90μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記バスバー電極の厚さが10μm〜30μmであり、幅が5μm〜90μmであることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記タブ線の配置領域に0.5MPa以下の圧力を付与して前記タブ線を熱圧着することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤フィルムとして、導電性接着剤フィルム又は絶縁性接着剤フィルムを用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
