Abstract
Description
シリコーン発泡層を有する仮固定シートであって、
該シリコーン発泡層が、
(A)一分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン:100質量部、
(B)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するオルガノポリシロキサン:(A)成分中のアルケニル基1モルに対して(B)成分中のケイ素原子結合水素原子が0.4モル〜20モルとなる量、
(C)水と無機系増粘剤からなる混合物:100質量部〜1000質量部、
(D−1)HLBの値が3以上であるノニオン系界面活性剤:(G)成分1質量部に対して0.2質量部〜1.2質量部、
(D−2)HLBの値が3未満であるノニオン系界面活性剤:(G)成分1質量部に対して0.01質量部〜0.14質量部、
(E)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒、
(F)硬化遅延剤:0.001質量部〜5質量部、
(G)導電性物質:(A)成分と(B)成分の合計を100質量部としたときに0.1質量部〜100質量部、
を含むシリコーン樹脂組成物から形成される。
(A)一分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン:100質量部、
(B)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するオルガノポリシロキサン:(A)成分中のアルケニル基1モルに対して(B)成分中のケイ素原子結合水素原子が0.4モル〜20モルとなる量、
(C)水と無機系増粘剤からなる混合物:100質量部〜1000質量部、
(D−1)HLBの値が3以上であるノニオン系界面活性剤:(G)成分1質量部に対して0.2質量部〜1.2質量部、
(D−2)HLBの値が3未満であるノニオン系界面活性剤:(G)成分1質量部に対して0.01質量部〜0.14質量部、
(E)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒、
(F)硬化遅延剤:0.001質量部〜5質量部、
(G)導電性物質:(A)成分と(B)成分の合計を100質量部としたときに0.1質量部〜100質量部、
を含む。
連続気泡率(%)={(吸水した水の体積)/(気泡部分体積)}×100
気泡部分体積(cm3)={(シリコーン発泡層の質量)/(シリコーン発泡層の見かけ密度)}−{(シリコーン発砲層の質量)/(樹脂密度)}
3D測定レーザー顕微鏡(LEXT OLS4000、オリンパス(株)社製)にて、高精度・対物レンズ10倍の設定でガラス板(マイクロスライドガラスS、松浪硝子工業株式会社製)に測定対象物(例えば、吸着仮固定シート)を乗せ、ガラス板表面から測定対象物の最上部までの3D画像を測定し、その高さを厚みとした。
50mm×50mmの打ち抜き刃型にて測定対象物(例えば、吸着仮固定シート)を打ち抜き、厚みは前述した<厚みの測定>の値を用い、これらの値から測定対象物の体積を算出した。
次に、測定対象物の質量を最小目盛り0.01g以上の上皿天秤にて測定した。これらの値より、測定対象物の見掛け密度(g/cm3)を算出した。
100mm×100mmの打ち抜き刃型にて測定対象物(例えば、仮固定シート)を打ち抜き、夾雑物測定図表を用いてピンホールのサイズと個数を評価した。
◎:0.3mm2以上かつ0.7mm2より小さいピンホールが10個未満
○:0.3mm2以上かつ0.7mm2より小さいピンホールが10個以上50個未満
×:0.3mm2以上かつ0.7mm2より小さいピンホールが10個以上50個未満、もしくは、0.7mm2以上のピンホールが1個以上
100cm×100cmのサイズに測定対象物(例えば、吸着仮固定シート)を切り抜き、Hiresta HT−210(三菱油化株式会社製)を用いて、表面抵抗率(Ω/□)を求めた。
粘度8000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基含有量0.30質量%):80質量部と、アセチレンブラック(デンカブラック、電気化学工業株式会社製):20質量部を、ロスミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、3本ロールミルにかけて5パスして、一分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン((A)成分)と導電性物質((G)成分)との、流動性のあるマスターバッチ(AG−1)を製造した。
粘度40000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基含有量0.13質量%):65質量部と、アセチレンブラック(デンカブラック、電気化学工業株式会社製):35質量部を、ロスミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、3本ロールミルにかけて5パスして、一分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン((A)成分)と導電性物質((G)成分)との、流動性のあるカーボンブラックマスターバッチ(AG−2)を調製した。
粘度8000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基含有量0.30質量%):80質量部と、ケッチェンブラック(EC−600JD、ケッチェンブラックインターナショナル株式会社製):20質量部を、ロスミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、3本ロールミルにかけて5パスして、一分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン((A)成分)と導電性物質((G)成分)との、流動性のあるマスターバッチ(AG−3)を製造した。
粘度40000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基含有量0.13質量%):65質量部と、ケッチェンブラック(EC−600JD、ケッチェンブラックインターナショナル株式会社製):35質量部を、ロスミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、3本ロールミルにかけて5パスして、一分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン((A)成分)と導電性物質((G)成分)との、流動性のあるカーボンブラックマスターバッチ(AG−2)を調製した。
粘度40000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基含有量0.13質量%)を、一分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン((A)成分)(A−1)とした。
動粘度43.5mm2/sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルハイドロジェンシロキサン共重合体(ケイ素原子結合水素原子含有量0.69質量%)を、一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するオルガノポリシロキサン((B)成分)(B−1)とした。
スメクタイトクレー(有機ポリマー複合親水性精製ベントナイト(pH6.5)、(株)ホージュン製):1質量部とイオン交換水:99質量部をホモミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合して、水と無機系増粘剤からなる混合物((C)成分)(C−1)を製造した。
ノニオン系界面活性剤(ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、商品名:レオドールSP−O10V、花王社製、HLB4.3)を、HLBの値が3以上であるノニオン系界面活性剤((D−1)成分)(D−1−1)とした。
ノニオン系界面活性剤(ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、商品名:レオドールSP−O30V、花王社製、HLB1.8)を、HLBの値が3未満であるノニオン系界面活性剤((D−2)成分)(D−2−1)とした。
白金の1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体の1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン溶液(白金金属含有量4000ppm)を、ヒドロシリル化反応触媒((E)成分)(E−1)とした。
エチニルシクロヘキサノール:2質量部と粘度10000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン:98質量部とを混合して、硬化遅延剤((F)成分)(F−1)を製造した。
(A)成分と(G)成分とのマスターバッチ、(A)成分、(C)成分、(D−1)成分、(D−2)成分を表1の配合比でホモミキサー(特殊機化(株)製)に投入し、25℃で均一になるまで混合した。ついで、得られた混合物に、(B)成分、(E)成分、(F)成分を配合し、ホモミキサー(特殊機化(株)製)に投入し、25℃で均一になるまで混合し脱気して、シリコーン樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られたシリコーン樹脂組成物を、フロロシリコーン処理PETフィルム(ニッパシートPET38x1−SS4A、ニッパ社製)上にアプリケータを用いて塗布し、その上からPETフィルム(ルミラーS10、東レ社製)を被せて、熱風オーブンによって85℃で10分間加熱し、樹脂組成物を硬化させた。硬化後、PETフィルムを剥離し、さらに、200℃で3分間加熱乾燥を行い、厚み200μmのシート状の仮固定シート(1)〜(8)、(C1)〜(C6)を得た。結果を表1に示した。
Claims (9)
- シリコーン発泡層を有する仮固定シートであって、
該シリコーン発泡層が、
(A)一分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン:100質量部、
(B)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するオルガノポリシロキサン:(A)成分中のアルケニル基1モルに対して(B)成分中のケイ素原子結合水素原子が0.4モル〜20モルとなる量、
(C)水と無機系増粘剤からなる混合物:100質量部〜1000質量部、
(D−1)HLBの値が3以上であるノニオン系界面活性剤:(G)成分1質量部に対して0.2質量部〜1.2質量部、
(D−2)HLBの値が3未満であるノニオン系界面活性剤:(G)成分1質量部に対して0.01質量部〜0.14質量部、
(E)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒、
(F)硬化遅延剤:0.001質量部〜5質量部、
(G)導電性物質:(A)成分と(B)成分の合計を100質量部としたときに0.1質量部〜100質量部、
を含むシリコーン樹脂組成物から形成される、
仮固定シート。 - 前記(D−1)成分の量が、前記(G)成分1質量部に対して0.5質量部〜1.1質量部である、請求項1に記載の仮固定シート。
- 前記(D−1)成分の量が、前記(G)成分1質量部に対して0.7質量部〜1.0質量部である、請求項2に記載の仮固定シート。
- 前記(D−2)成分の量が、前記(G)成分1質量部に対して0.02質量部〜0.10質量部である、請求項1に記載の仮固定シート。
- 前記(D−2)成分の量が、前記(G)成分1質量部に対して0.04質量部〜0.07質量部である、請求項4に記載の仮固定シート。
- 前記(G)成分がカーボンブラックである、請求項1から5までのいずれかに記載の仮固定シート。
- 前記カーボンブラックがケッチェンブラックである、請求項6に記載の仮固定シート。
- 前記シリコーン発泡層の見かけ密度が0.15g/cm3〜0.90g/cm3である、請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載の仮固定シート。
- 電子部材の仮固定に用いられる、請求項1から8までのいずれかに記載の仮固定シート。
