Claims (5)
- トーチを移動させるモータと、
前記モータのパルス数に溶接条件が対応付けられた溶接情報を格納する記憶部と、
前記モータのパルス数および前記溶接情報に基づいて前記溶接条件を切り替える制御部と、
を備える溶接装置。 - 前記モータは、前記トーチを環状に移動させる請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記モータのパルス数および前記溶接情報に基づいて、前記溶接条件である溶接速度、電流、電圧、溶材送給量、アーク発生用パルスのパルスタイム、ウィービング幅、ウィービング速度、ノンフィラー溶接の有無のうちの少なくともいずれか1の条件を切り替える請求項1または2に記載の溶接装置。
- 溶接線が複数の区間に分けられており、
各区間の境界を示すパルス数閾値が予め設定されており、
前記制御部は、前記モータのパルス数のカウント値が前記パルス数閾値以上になると、前記溶接条件を切り替える請求項1から3のいずれか1の請求項に記載の溶接装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記モータのパルス数のカウント値を記憶する記憶領域を備え、溶接開始時に前記記憶領域のカウント値を読み出す請求項1から4のいずれか1の請求項に記載の溶接装置。
