「ヴェーラー図」は、コンポーネント負荷とコンポーネント耐用寿命の間の関係を表すものである。
1.作動中における耐用寿命モデルの入力量の測定/シミュレーション、およびDの変化の算定;
2.学習法を通じてのDの変化の見積。

Claims (8)
- 動作依存的な経年劣化プロセスを受けるコンポーネントを有する自動車を作動させる方法において、
コンポーネントの負荷プロフィル(202)と、その結果として生じる損傷との間の関係が決定され(205)、
決定された関係からコンポーネントの損傷が見積もられ、コンポーネントの見積もられた損傷を基礎として自動車を作動させるための複数の動作ストラテジー(204)が作成され(220)、
前記複数の動作ストラテジー(204)は、
コンポーネントの損傷を低減または増大させるように構成されており、
コンポーネントの損傷が上限値及び下限値を有する所定の許容範囲内に収まるように変更され、
コンポーネントの損傷の予測が運転者交代の場合に行われ、前記動作ストラテジーが運転者交代に基づいて変更される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 各々の可能な動作ストラテジー(204)について、所与の負荷プロフィル(202)で予期されるコンポーネントの耐用寿命が決定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 負荷プロフィルが一定のまま変わらないという想定のもとで、コンポーネントの見込まれる耐用寿命がさまざまな動作ストラテジーについて見積もられ、コンポーネントの所定の耐用寿命が自動車のできる限り最善の動作条件で実現されるように動作ストラテジーが設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 周期的に、かつ事前に経験的に判定された時間帯に、それ以前の時間帯に適用されていた負荷プロフィル(202)をベースとして、ならびに既存の動作ストラテジー(204)をベースとしてコンポーネントの損傷が決定され(205)、こうして決定された損傷がすでに存在している損傷に加算される(210)
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 先行する時間帯に適用されていた1つの負荷プロフィルを基礎として、または、先行する時間帯に適用されていた複数の負荷プロフィルを基礎として、さまざまな動作ストラテジーについて残存耐用寿命が決定され(215)、その結果を基礎として自動車のできる限り最善の動作条件を生じさせる動作ストラテジーが設定される(220)
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - コンポーネントの損傷の決定は、時間に対して単調増加する関数を表す損傷パラメータ(D)を用いて行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 計算装置または制御装置で実行されたときに請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法の全ステップを実施するコンピュータプログラム。
- 計算装置または制御装置でプログラムが実行されたときに請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するために、機械で読取可能な媒体に格納されたプログラムコードを有しているコンピュータプログラム製品。
