Abstract
Description
本発明の第一の態様の回転機械は、軸線回りに回転可能な回転軸と、前記回転軸と一体に前記軸線回りに回転するインペラと、前記回転軸及び前記インペラを覆うケーシングと、を備え、前記インペラは、軸線を中心とした円盤状のディスク部と、該ディスク部の軸線方向の第一側を向く面から前記軸線方向の第一側に向かって延びるとともに、周方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数のブレード部と、前記ディスク部と一体に成形されて、該ディスク部の前記軸線方向の第二側を向く面から前記軸線を中心として前記軸線方向の第二側に向かって延びる延長軸とを備え、前記延長軸の前記軸線方向の第二側の端部と、前記回転軸の前記軸線方向の第一側の端部とを固定する固定部をさらに備える。

Claims (8)
- 軸線回りに回転可能な回転軸と、
前記回転軸と一体に前記軸線回りに回転するインペラと、
前記回転軸及び前記インペラを覆うケーシングと、を備え、
前記インペラは、
軸線を中心とした円盤状のディスク部と、
該ディスク部の軸線方向の第一側を向く面から前記軸線方向の第一側に向かって延びるとともに、周方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数のブレード部と、
前記ディスク部と一体に成形されて、該ディスク部の前記軸線方向の第二側を向く面から前記軸線を中心として前記軸線方向の第二側に向かって延びる延長軸とを備え、
前記延長軸の前記軸線方向の第二側の端部と、前記回転軸の前記軸線方向の第一側の端部とを固定する固定部をさらに備える回転機械。 - 前記延長軸は、
前記軸線を中心とした柱状をなす延長軸本体と、
前記延長軸本体の前記軸線方向の第二側の端部に設けられ、前記軸線を中心とする径方向の外側に前記延長軸本体の外周面から張り出す第一フランジ部とを有し、
前記回転軸は、
前記軸線を中心とした柱状をなす回転軸本体と、
前記回転軸本体の前記軸線方向の第一側の端部に設けられ、前記径方向の外側に張り出す第二フランジ部とを有し、
前記固定部は、前記第一フランジ部と前記第二フランジ部とを固定している請求項1に記載の回転機械。 - 前記第一フランジ部には、前記軸線方向の第二側に凹むとともに、前記周方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数の第一凹部、及び該第一凹部の前記軸線方向の第一側を向く面を貫通する第一貫通孔が形成され、
前記第二フランジ部には、前記軸線方向の第一側に凹むとともに、前記第一凹部と対応する前記周方向の位置に配置された複数の第二凹部、及び該第二凹部の前記軸線方向の第二側を向く面を貫通する第二貫通孔が形成され、
前記固定部は、前記第一貫通孔、及び前記第二貫通孔に挿通されるボルトと、前記ボルトに取り付けられるナットとを有し、
前記ボルトの頭部及びナットは、前記第一凹部及び前記第二凹部のいずれかに収容されている請求項2に記載の回転機械。 - 前記延長軸の外周面を冷却する冷却部を備え、
前記冷却部は、前記軸線方向において、前記第一フランジ部と前記ディスク部との間に配置されている請求項2または請求項3に記載の回転機械。 - 前記冷却部は、前記延長軸と前記ケーシングとの間をシールガスによってシールするとともに、該延長軸を前記シールガスによって冷却するシール部を有する請求項4に記載の回転機械。
- 前記シール部は、ラビリンスシールである請求項5に記載の回転機械。
- 軸線を中心とした円盤状のディスク部と、
該ディスク部の軸線方向の第一側を向く面から前記軸線方向の第一側に向かって延びるとともに、周方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数のブレード部と、
前記ディスク部の前記軸線方向の第二側を向く面から前記軸線を中心として前記軸線方向の第二側に向かって延びる延長軸とを備え、
前記延長軸の前記軸線方向の第二側の端部は、回転機械の回転軸の前記軸線方向の第一側の端部と接続可能とされているインペラ。 - 前記延長軸は、
前記軸線を中心として柱状をなす延長軸本体と、
前記延長軸本体の前記軸線方向の第二側の端部に設けられ、前記軸線を中心とする径方向の外側に前記延長軸本体の外周面から張り出す第一フランジ部を有し、
前記第一フランジ部は、前記回転軸に接続可能な固定部を有する請求項7に記載のインペラ。
