Claims (20)

前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料を備える第2の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素との間に位置決めされており、前記第1の構成要素に超音波積層造形(UAM)インターフェースを介して接合されているインサートであって、前記第2の構成要素が前記インサートに固定されている、前記インサートと、
を備えている、多材料構成要素。 - 前記インサートが、複数のUAM層を備えている、請求項1に記載の多材料構成要素。
- 前記第2の構成要素が、前記インサートにRSW継手を介して抵抗スポット溶接(RSW)されている、請求項1に記載の多材料構成要素。
- 前記インサートの厚さが、前記RSW継手が前記UAMインターフェースの任意の部分を除くように形成されていることに基づいているか、又は
前記インサートの厚さが、前記RSW継手が前記UAMインターフェースの一部を熱影響部(HAZ)に含むように形成されていることに基づいている、
請求項3に記載の多材料構成要素。 - 前記UAMインターフェースが、前記第1の構成要素及び前記インサートの長さに沿って、車体の前後方向又は横方向に延伸している、請求項1に記載の多材料構成要素。
- 前記インサートが、前記第1の構成要素の周縁部において前記第1の構成要素に固定されており、前記第2の構成要素が固定される取り付けフランジを形成している、請求項1に記載の多材料構成要素。
- 第1の材料を備える第1の構成要素を準備するステップと、
前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料を備えるインサートを準備するステップと、
前記インサートを前記第1の構成要素に超音波積層造形(UAM)インターフェースを介して接合するステップと、
前記第2の材料を備える第2の構成要素を準備するステップと、
前記第2の構成要素を前記インサートに接合するステップと、
を備える、多材料構成要素を製造するための方法。 - 前記第2の構成要素を前記インサートに接合する前記ステップが、前記第2の構成要素を前記インサートにRSW継手を介して、抵抗スポット溶接(RSW)することを含んでいる、請求項7に記載の多材料構成要素を製造するための方法。
- 前記第2の構成要素を前記インサートに接合する前記ステップが、前記UAMインターフェースの一部を熱影響部(HAZ)に含むように前記RSW継手を形成することを含んでいる、請求項8に記載の多材料構成要素を製造するための方法。
- 前記第2の構成要素を前記インサートに接合する前記ステップが、前記UAMインターフェースの任意の部分を除くように前記RSW継手を形成することを含んでいる、請求項8に記載の多材料構成要素を製造するための方法。
- 前記インサートの厚さが、前記UAMインターフェースの一部を含む又は除くように前記RSW継手が形成されていることに基づいている、請求項8に記載の多材料構成要素を製造するための方法。
- 前記第1の材料が、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム基合金とされ、
前記第2の材料が、鋼又は鋼基合金とされる、請求項7に記載の多材料構成要素を製造するための方法。 - 前記第1の構成要素が、ルーフ構成要素又はサイドパネルである、請求項7に記載の多材料構成要素を製造するための方法。
- 前記第2の構成要素が、車体構成要素である、請求項7に記載の多材料構成要素を製造するための方法。
- 第1の材料の材料を備える第1の部分と、前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料を備える第2の部分と、を含んでいる第1の構造構成要素であって、前記第2の部分が、前記第1の部分の周縁部に形成されており、前記第1の構造構成要素のための取り付けフランジを形成しており、前記第2の部分が、超音波積層造形(UAM)インターフェースを介して、前記第1の部分に接合されている、前記第1の構造構成要素と、
前記第2の材料を備える第2の構造構成要素であって、抵抗スポット溶接(RSW)継手を介して、前記取り付けフランジにおいて前記第2の部分に接合されている前記第2の構造構成要素と、
を備えている、車体アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の材料が、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム基合金とされ、
前記第2の材料が、鋼又は鋼基合金とされる、請求項15に記載の車体アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の構造構成要素が、ルーフ構成要素又はサイドパネルである、請求項15に記載の車体アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の部分の厚さが、RSW継手又は関連する熱影響部(HAZ)が前記UAMインターフェースの一部を含むこと又は除くことに基づいている、請求項15に記載の車体アセンブリ。
- 前記UAMインターフェースが、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の長さに沿って、前記車体アセンブリの前後方向又は横方向に延伸している、請求項15に記載の車体アセンブリ。
- 前記UAMインターフェースが、抵抗スポット溶接によって溶接される領域に対応する位置に配置されている、請求項15に記載の車体アセンブリ。
