Abstract
Description
内視鏡を用いた手術では、蛍光物質(例えば試薬、色素)であるインドシアニングリーン(ICG:Indocyanine Green)を体内に投与し、ICGが投与された腫瘍などの部位(つまり、患部)に近赤外光を当てて患部を蛍光発光させ、患部を含む部位を撮像することがある。ICGは、近赤外光(例えばピーク波長805nm、750〜810nm)で励起すると、より長波長の近赤外光(例えばピーク波長835nm)で蛍光発光する色素である。
図1は、本実施の形態に係る内視鏡10の一例を示す外観図である。図2は、本実施の形態に係る内視鏡10の概略構成例を示す模式図である。内視鏡10は、例えば使用者が片手で取扱い可能な医療器具である。内視鏡10は、スコープ11、マウントアダプタ12、リレーレンズ13、カメラヘッド14、操作スイッチ19,44及び光源コネクタ18を含んで構成される。
青色用のイメージセンサ231は、青色分解プリズム221の出射面221cと対向して配置される。
赤色用のイメージセンサ232は、赤色分解プリズム222の出射面222cと対向して配置される。
緑色用のイメージセンサ233は、緑色分解プリズム223の出射面223cと対向して配置される。

Claims (8)
- 観察対象部位からの光を入射する開口部と、
複数のフィルタを有し、いずれかの前記フィルタを用いて前記開口部を通過した光を選択的に透過するフィルタ部と、
前記フィルタ部を通過した光をそれぞれ異なる色成分の光に分解する複数の分解プリズムを有する色分解プリズムと、
それぞれの前記分解プリズムに対応して設けられ、それぞれの前記分解プリズムにより分解された異なる色成分の光に基づいて撮像する複数のイメージセンサと、
それぞれの前記イメージセンサによる撮像により得られた画像信号を出力する信号出力部と、
前記複数のフィルタのうちいずれかを、前記開口部を通過した光を入射可能に配置させるフィルタ配置部と、を備える、
内視鏡。 - 前記フィルタ部は、前記複数のフィルタが略直線状に並んで構成され、
前記フィルタ配置部は、所定のユーザ操作に応じて、前記複数のフィルタを前記略直線状にスライドし、前記複数のフィルタのうちいずれかを配置する、

請求項1に記載の内視鏡。 - 観察対象部位からの光を入射する開口部と、
複数のフィルタを有し、いずれかの前記フィルタを用いて前記開口部を通過した光を選択的に透過するフィルタ部と、
前記フィルタ部を通過した光をそれぞれ異なる色成分の光に分解する複数の分解プリズムからなる色分解プリズムと、
それぞれの前記分解プリズムに対応して設けられ、それぞれの前記分解プリズムにより分解された異なる色成分の光に基づいて撮像する複数のイメージセンサと、
それぞれの前記イメージセンサによる撮像により得られた画像信号を出力する信号出力部と、
前記複数のフィルタのうちいずれかを、前記開口部を通過した光を入射可能に配置させるフィルタ配置部と、
前記信号出力部から出力されたそれぞれの前記画像信号に基づいてRGB画像及びIR画像を生成し、前記RGB画像及びIR画像を表示部に表示するコントローラと、を備える、
内視鏡システム。 - 前記複数のフィルタのうちいずれかを、前記開口部を通過した光を入射可能に配置させるためのフィルタ切替信号もしくはユーザ操作に伴う動力を前記フィルタ配置部へ伝えるスイッチ、を更に備える、
