Description
内視鏡を用いた手術では、蛍光物質(例えば試薬、色素)であるインドシアニングリーン(ICG:Indocyanine Green)を体内に投与し、ICGが投与された腫瘍などの部位(つまり、患部)に近赤外光を当てて患部を蛍光発光させ、患部を含む部位を撮像することがある。ICGは、近赤外光(例えばピーク波長805nm、750~810nm)で励起すると、より長波長の近赤外光(例えばピーク波長835nm)で蛍光発光する色素である。
図1は、本実施の形態に係る内視鏡10の一例を示す外観図である。図2は、本実施の形態に係る内視鏡10の概略構成例を示す模式図である。内視鏡10は、例えば使用者が片手で取扱い可能な医療器具である。内視鏡10は、スコープ11、マウントアダプタ12、リレーレンズ13、カメラヘッド14、操作スイッチ19,44及び光源コネクタ18を含んで構成される。
青色用のイメージセンサ231は、青色分解プリズム221の出射面221cと対向して配置される。
赤色用のイメージセンサ232は、赤色分解プリズム222の出射面222cと対向して配置される。
緑色用のイメージセンサ233は、緑色分解プリズム223の出射面223cと対向して配置される。

Claims (4)
- 観察対象部位からの光をそれぞれ異なる色成分の光に分解する4つの分解プリズムを有する色分解プリズムと、それぞれの前記分解プリズムに対応して設けられ、それぞれの前記分解プリズムにより分解された異なる色成分の光に基づく電気信号を出力する4つのイメージセンサと、を有するカメラヘッドと、
第1開口部を備え、前記4つの分解プリズムのうち、前記観察対象部位から最も近い分解プリズムの光入射面を前記第1開口部に向けた状態で前記カメラヘッドを収容するケースと、
前記観察対象部位からの光を入射する第2開口部を有し、前記第1開口部に配置されている絞り部材と、
5ALA励起光カットフィルタと、ICG励起光カットフィルタと、IRカットフィルタとを含み、前記光入射面に入射する入射光の光軸方向において、前記絞り部材と前記色分解プリズムとの間であり、かつ前記絞り部材と前記色分解プリズムとに隣り合って配置されているフィルタ部と、
前記光入射面に入射する入射光の光束中心上であって、かつ前記第2開口部を通過した光を前記光入射面に入射可能であり、かつ前記第2開口部と対向する入射位置に、前記5ALA励起光カットフィルタ、前記ICG励起光カットフィルタ、及び前記IRカットフィルタのうちいずれかを配置するフィルタ配置部と、を備え、
前記4つの分解プリズムは、それぞれ同一平面に沿って出射光の光束中心が位置するように配置されており、
前記フィルタ配置部は、
前記光入射面に入射する入射光の光束中心に直交し、かつ前記同一平面と平行に、5ALA励起光カットフィルタと、ICG励起光カットフィルタと、IRカットフィルタとを直線移動させることにより、前記5ALA励起光カットフィルタ、前記ICG励起光カットフィルタ、及び前記IRカットフィルタのうちいずれかを前記入射位置に配置する、
